fraud. investigators say sandra lee alex owe a harding, collins gregory thomas, conspired to add fraudulent votes to machines after the polls closed after last year's election, it was reported back in february. on top of that, three of the four suspect did not even live in the definition which they were working wins guess the law. >> new this morning police hope surveillance cameras can help them track down a killer after shooting in west philadelphia. around 11:30 last night officers on patrol heard gunfire coming from the 1300 block of north con stole -- connestoga street. police found shot 18 shell casings without an i.d. but police may have found a very important clue. >> we found a buick suv parked on the block and in that buick, on the floor board on the passenger side, we did find a semiautomatic gun. >> now, police however say it is not clear if the

>> reporter: surveillance video still hard to watch. camera outside a louisville kentucky home caught the moments first grade i alley was dragged by her school bus friday. days later the seven year old is now home recovering. her mother shared these pictures of her daughter before she left the hospital. investigators say alley's back pack got stuck in the door as she got off the bus. the bus then dragged the little girl about 500 feet, until witnesses were able to get the driver's attention. alley's mom, a bus driver herself, says her daughter doing well. she spent two days in the hospital being treated for road rash and minor injuries. alley left the hospital sunday band around by surrounded by love and teddy bears. that will statement a spokesperson for jefferson county public schools called the incident disturbing, saying quote we will be working with all of our bus drivers to review the policies designed to ensure the safety and security of our students, which is our number one priority at all times. alley is expected to make a full recovery.

companies. doctors recommend using sunscreens that have a spf you have 30 or higher, offer broad spectrum protection, and are water resistant for 40 or more minute. moving into a new home can be very stressful. there are some things you can do to help ease the transition. jim donovan looks at you what need to know before hiring a moving company. >> first thing to do before any move de clutter. get rid of anything you don't need it. will save you time and money once the moving begins. when hiring a company make sure you're agreement details the duties to be performed and the final cost. require in home estimate. to see what the mover will be morning. let's be honest, we all probably underestimate what's packed in our home. and then, ask for a binding estimate. if possible. that way you're not surprised in the end and a flat rate estimate is a great way to go,

good morning, family steamy stormy out there. waking to up some spotty showers there is morning but storm scan3 shows more storms on the way later this afternoon. >> hopefully it won't stop you from casting your ballot on this primary day. want to get right over to katie fehlinger with the breakdown, and it is kind of divide intoed morning and afternoon, right katy? >> actually i would go sofas to split it up in four separate sections, so you have steamy conditions this morning, with fog showers by midday, we will see the sun break through and start heating things up. and then later this afternoon and evening we see another rounds of showers and storms rumbling in, later tonight it all clears out. that's the general timing as we look outside obviously right now all showers and lot of clouds, many of them are very low-lying. so you're running into poor visibility. take a look at the current visibility, important to remember, these are single observation points. so in philadelphia, we can't
