me. >> reporter: people lease say this appears to be an isolated incident but female students are not too happen bye the idea of getting grabbed and groped. >> you have to be careful. >> it makes me more aware when i'm jogging and keeping track like making sure you have your phone in case something happens. >> reporter: police say that they have a description on this person and they are looking for help. he is 30 years old. he has dark hair, a bushy beard was wearing a red played shirt, khaki pant and carrying a a blue bag. live from newark, cleve bryan cbs-3 "eyewitness news". seven former nurses have been charged with criminal neglect after a woman with a broken finger was forced to have a hand amputation. prosecutors alleged nurses from the vineland developmental center wrapped the hand of the disabled patient so tightly it became consumed by gang as severely physically and mentally handicapped. all of those nurses have been since fired. there are new developments

tonight in the amtrak tragedy. "eyewitness news" has learned that a review of the signals system in the area of the derailment turned up no issues. we also know that officials are now examining the cell phone record of the train's engineer brian bostian and that they have interviewed the engineer of the septa train hit by a object just before the train derailed. today philadelphia police commissioner charles ramsey talk about the investigation. >> right now i'm not aware of anything that is going to result in criminal charges but it is possible. the the d.a. can review this. there could be something i'm not aware of that would lead to that. >> the derailment last week killed eight people, and it injured more than 200 others. a school bus and suv collide on the roosevelt boulevard in east falls. this happened around 1:00 in the southbound lanes near fox street. there were no children on board that bus when the crash happened but an adult male passenger did have to be taken

to the hospital. police say he was knock unconscious. there is no word on what cause that had crash. with the mayoral primary over, it is now time for the general election, campaigns go to begin. jim kenney and melissa murray bailey took to the campaign trail today and they made their appearance together. by a mile. cape may 65. rehoboth beach delaware checking in with a temperature of 60 degrees. our main threat of the rain will be from philadelphia, south and east tomorrow because we have a coastal low that will be moving off the mid-atlantic. so take a look at as we go through time tonight and we will see temperatures falling through you 50's, by midnight, and then during the morning hours we will falwell below average in the lower 50's and some 40's by 1:00 a.m. it will be 55 in philadelphia, 52 in millville with cloudy skies. the cloud thicken up and then by noon we will see rain, in dover, georgetown, heading in to cape may and then it will continue to push toward the the north. throughout the entire day heavy rain and cape may county georgetown, delaware, even millville, atlantic city seeing good dose of rain through 7:00. philadelphia seeing some showers, wilmington seeing rain as well. a as far as rain is concern up to a tenth of an inch in philadelphia and adjacent suburbs north and west. in new jersey and northern delaware up to a quarter inch but heavier rain accumulation
