coming up at 6:00iteam reporter charlotte hoffman digs deeper why a lift change in the engineer's scheduled is under investigation. police are probing a shooting death in west philadelphia officers say a man was gun down in girard avenue just were midnight. and then as the victim laid on girard avenue a us peck drunk driver ran over him. there were two bystanders there who were narrowly missed by stray bullets. police were looking for a pair of armed rob hers who stormed a philadelphia bar this robbery happened early tuesday morning, at the the play maker baron north 28th street in fairmount. you can see one of of the suspects using a chrome revolver demanding money from customers and a bartender there. the suspects took off with some cash and cell phones. if you recognize them you are asked to call the police. more surveillance video police are searching for two suspects in this video who robbed roy's lounge, and sea food in hunting park.

this happened just after 1:00 a.m. on tuesday. two armed suspects, walked through the front door there they took a cell phone and couple hundred dollars in cash. victim's cell phone was later found nearby, by police. a new jersey judge dismissed domestic rice today, the former ravens running back had completed the terms of his pretrial intervention. the rice who came out of rutgers university hasn't played in the nfl since being suspended for hitting his now wife janet rice in an atlantic city elevator into this. he was charge with third degree ago evacuated a a sought salt but those charges have been dropped but will remain on his record. two days after philadelphia mayoral primary mayor nutter meets with the candidate who wants to succeed him. democratic nominee jim kenney. back on "eyewitness news" video of a dramatic rescue of a dog from raging flood waters in columbia. as you can see here the dog was being swept away from the river, and it was spotted by two police officers when one of them courageously jumped in the what the tore bring the dog to safety. dog suffered injuries from the roxanne debris along the river but it is expected to make a full recovery. well biggest recall in automotive history involves exploding air bags, and right now it is causing confusion for consumers. >> nearly 34 millionaire bags needed to be replaced, three on your side consu donovan find that most drivers don't even know if

mayor nutter paid tribute today. there are 500 people in philadelphia who are 100 years old or older. many of them gathered for the the reception today on columbus boulevard. there was a special 100 cake for everyone to enjoy the oldest person, at today's event was 108 years old. >> wow amazing. >> something in the water here in philadelphia, let's all have some. world famous devon horse show opens up to day. catch the the country's best show horses on the main line. that tradition dates back to 1896 where it started as a one day country fare and now it is largest, oldest outdoor multi breed horse competition in the country. the the event has raised about 47 million-dollar for bryn mawr hospital over the years and it runs through may 31st. it will be fun.
