kathy. >> we have watched this line of showers thunderstorms develop and new we are watching them march eastward across the delaware valley. you you can see that line well defined with those yellow and red and oranges some very heavy rain moving across the region on 76, 202. we have a picture of route 202 at 252 near chesterbrook just amazing with some flooding going on there blocking the roadway. this will be the the scene as we work our way through the evening commute. but as this moves north and east at 35 miles an hour, you can see lightening, red orange indicating some very heavy rain and that, red swirl right there, indicates a thunderstorm that may have rotation. we will keep a careful eye on that. as far as lightening is concern here in warrington 13 strikes alone and as we track this moving toward the northeast, we are talking about it moving through philadelphia within the next couple of minutes. it is already in the northwestern part of the county. it will be through camden by 6:01. that is within the next minute. the trenton 6:23.

attack, two women in the point breeze neighborhood, what is even more scary police think that the suspects may live nearby and that has neighbors concerned. police are hoping that someone recognizes this man who was wanted for robbery and sexual assault. the attack took place early monday morning in the 1800 block of rosewood street. they a awoke to the mask man wearing red gloves in her room demanding cash and then sexually assaulting her. the attacker took $10 house keys and victim roommates id. he also stole the victim's car seen in the surveillance video. suspect left the car only blocks away on moore street near chadwick. >> it creates a threat level that we would like to eliminate. we're asking for the public's help. >> reporter: this sketch was released back in march after an attempted sexual assault just blocks away, police believe the man targeted a woman on the 1700 block of chadwick street and are using

woman is dead after an early morning fire inside this home in the 2600 block of west thompson street. officials don't have a cause for the fire but they have confirmed that there was only one smoke detector in the home and it was not working. this afternoon members of the philadelphia fire department canvassed that same area, giving out smoke detectors and encouraging everyone to check their own and replace batteries. police say that three men shot in west oak lane last night are on the mend at this hour. shootings happened on 1500 block of kensdale street. a all three victims were in stable condition at local hospitals. police say that a home on that block was also hit by four stray bullets but family was sleeping inside and was not hurt. shooter remains at large tonight, police have no established motive. we are hearing from officials at lower cape may regional high school where a sexes scandal is unfolding. philadelphia police released this surveillance video which shows three thieves loading two motorcycles in the back of the white van. this was from the 1700 block of locust street in center city, was taken on may 21st. we are told majority of these thefts are happening in south philadelphia. police believe that the scooters and motorcycles are being sold on the streets of camden. philadelphia police are looking for a man who assaulted a woman in kingsessing last thursday. they say that the suspect in this surveillance video with two other men walk in the panda chinese restaurant on baltimore avenue, and threw hot tea on a woman working thereafter they got in the argument. woman was hospitalized, she had burns to her chest and face. there is the suspect a black male between 20 and 25 years of age and 5 feet ten with a beard. a special honor for a local solder as his photo was added to the delaware county council a's photo board. friend and family of u.s. army

pennsylvania liquor control enforcement. >> they were here to let us know they thought our restaurants were not to comply. >> reporter: bob mcmahon was surprised to see lcb last week. thousands come here every wednesday night from may to september to dine outside, the problem, several restaurants didn't have the proper permits, to sell alcohol on the street. >> we live in a state where they control that very stringently and we have to go along with it, yes. >> reporter: lcb officials say restaurant owners did apply for permit, the first year of dining under the stars but that was eight years ago. $220 permit needs to be renewed annually a step that was overlooked until restaurant here applied recently to the lcb for permit. >> everybody is happen that i we know what the rules are right now and a lot of us will say we should know before. if that is so we made a mistake and we are correcting it as quickly as we can.

>> reporter: handful of restaurants with liquor licenses are now scrambling to get the right permit, but as the application process plays out over the next 30 days, some restaurants are apparently planning to keep serving alcohol outside. >> the possibility of the fine if they do serve alcohol, without the proper permit, in the meantime, byob's are exempt. reporting from media, delaware county, todd quinones, for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". well, slaughter house in trenton has been cited after one of its cows escaped and created a spectacle on 295 last week. the times of trenton reports that animal control officials had ticketed, trenton packing company, for creating a public nuisance. that cow managed to escape the facility, during unloading on friday. unfortunately it died shortly after authorities shot the animal with a tranquilizer dart.

78 degrees. on storm scan three we are talking about that line of showers and storms, they made it through yardley pa this is john our eyewitness cam viewer sent this in. you can see heavy rain there. but if you live in the suburbs it is pretty much over but living in philadelphia, here is a line that extend from new york along i-95, through trenton, through philadelphia and down through wilmington, even near baltimore and washington. now over philadelphia right now we have the heavier rain in south philadelphia, even a hail indication, you can see in gloucester county, a lot of heavy rain, not a lot of lightening. so as we check out the rain, rain rates where we see reds, we're talking about one to one and a half inches an hour right along 676 extending a along 13 and i-95 corridor. in bensalem we have hail, this is still moving north east at 35 miles an hour, and at this speed it is going to cruz right through interior south jersey. it will be in cherry hill by 6:22 and evesham by 6:38.
