same kind of fire as what we saw yesterday in the form of the steady heavy rain and frequent lightening and winds that came with those storms but there will nonetheless be what we think will be some thunderstorms out there today. lets take you back in time and show you storm reports that came in for us here from yesterday, washington township there were trees down. that was the big report that we heard due to the wind that came in, upper merion, annville all locations reporting trees down from the storms that came through. at the moment storm scan draw the cloud cover that is more than anything. we have a few pockets of green firing up here but not a solid line necessarily but notice toronto and draw it back toward cincinnati that line of cloud cover. that is leading edge of the cold front which still needs to cross through and it will not cross through as it will fizzle as it tries to cross through. that is why we will keep steam around and showers and storms in the forecast, meanwhile outside in palmyra cove nature park things are tranquil for now, off in the distance, in

are getting an early start to the weekend down the shore maybe, it is great out there ac expressway, traveling garden state parkway, 55 all looking great and in delays for mass transit ukee. a possible lightening strike send a delaware county man to the hospital, it happened during yesterday's quick moving storms. neighbors on the 300 block of the hastings boulevard heard a loud boom and then saw a man falling to the ground right outside of his home. >> it is very scary. >> we saw it rolling n we said girls, hurry up, get in the house but lightening strikes is in the something you really think about. more so they are scared. >> five two-year old man was conscious and alert in word on the extent of his injuries. that incident is under investigation. new this morning a house fire in philadelphia's ogontz neighborhood send one person to the hospital. fire fighters rush to the 400 block of west nedro avenue where they found flames and smoke coming from the bedroom.

they had that fire under control within 15 minutes. a woman is now under going treatment for smoke inhalation. also, new this morning gunfire erupts during an argument outside a bar in mayfair. police are looking for two shooters. investigators say they necessity who one of those men is. twenty year-old man was shot in the arm and he is in stable condition at aria torresdale. police say nearby surveillance camera may have caught that shooting on tape, ukee. philadelphia police are hoping new evidence will help them fine a sexual assault suspect terrorize would go man in south philadelphia. this weeks home invasion and sexual assault in south philadelphia. you see him here first walking around and then other shots show suspect driving in the victim's car after police say he attack a 35 year-old woman inside her own home on south rosewood street. see him driving around the the corner and ditching the car he even appears to wipe the car clean before leaving. police say he broke into her home on the 1800 block of rosewood early monday morning. victim woke up to him standing over her. he put his hand over her mouth, demanded money and sexually assaulted her. he left with cash, house keys and her car and now could be link to the similar home invasion and sexual assault that happened in the same area two months ago. they add it could live in the same area as her victims. >> i don't get people that get their kicks harming other people. >> my neighbors or anything, actually to go that.

>> reporter: now this is the sketch police initially released two months ago after a man broke in the home blocks away on south chadwick street. police say this man attempted to sexually a assault and rob a woman there. they are using this sketch in both cases and in both cases the suspect wore red gloves. he is described between 20 and 30 years old and 6-foot and 6-foot two. in the meantime even as the weather warms up police are asking folks in this area to secure their windows even on the second and third floors and remain vigilant until this suspect still on the loose is caught. anyone with any information is of course canned to call police. we are live outside philadelphia police headquarters jan car bear owe cbs-3 "eyewitness news". police hope you can find this suspect in the home invasion. the man got in the apartment above the eagles corner chinese food store at sixth second and spruce tuesday morning. he beat a store employee who was asleep, then left with cash. victim is in guarded

condition, if you have any information, please contact the the philadelphia police. happening today judge is scheduled to eventens a man convicted in the murder of a philadelphia police officer. rafael jones was found guilty of the murder and attempted murder of officer moses walker junior. that officer had just finished his shift at 22nd police district august 182,012th when two men approached him. other suspects negotiated a guilty plea. today septa board is expected to approve banning what they call unacceptable ads from its buses. >> this new advertising policy comes after septa was forced to run anti islam ads after a court ruling. new jersey. transit agency that runs the the high speed rail line between philadelphia and lindenwald, new jersey decided to refurbish rather than replace its aging fleet of the 120 railcars. rebuilt cars are part of the overall multi million-dollar project funded in part by the federal government. the centers for disease control is investigating a a potentially deadly mistake by u.s. military. pentagon officials say that live anthrax bacteria was accidentally shipped to labs in as many as nine states, including delaware and new jersey. susan mcginnes explains what the government is now doing about it. >> close to two dozen people at a u.s. air force base in south korea are under preventive medical care getting vaccines and taking antibiotics after possible anthrax exposure. authorities at osan air bass took action after being notified that live anthrax samples were inadvertently shipped from a military lab in utah.

more bad weather in texas at least two tornadoes touched down in the small town of canadian yesterday. one of the twisters struck a gas drilling rig injuring three workers. tornadoes and other people in texas have been hammered by heavy rains and flooding. authorities say more than a dozen people died in those storms. as more rivers rise toward flood stage officials are now going door to door, they are urging people, to leave their
