accordingly if you have any weekend plans also construction project going on right now eastbound on the pa turnpike between ft. washington and willow grove. blocking two left lanes. no major delays for mass transit. ukee? >> torrey, thank you. firefighters say candle started a fire that damaged an apartment and a business in delaware county. firefighters got the call around 11:15 last night, to the connestoga frame shop and gallery 900 block of connestoga road in radnor. fire officials say the fire started in a second floor apartment. >> guy had candle on his bedroom. it fell over, lit the peddle on fire. >> i saw flames coming out of the right side of the building, smoke all over, and the fire companies coming fast. >> that fire was under control in less than an hour. no one was hurt. >> now the cause of this fire that destroyed montgomery county home is under investigation. eyewitness cam video showing flames tearing through the floor. the second floor and the roof

of that home in upper providence. the fire broke out just before 8:00 last night on patriots drive. firefighters tell us they had to stay to put out some of the hot spots too. chopper three over the scene. no one was inside that house when the fire broke out. police could be closing in on sexual preditor in south philadelphia. >> woman come forward saying she believes the man police are looking for is her son. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us from police headquarters to tell you more. justin? >> reporter: ukee, erika good morning. police making some major headway in this investigation in those attacks in point breeze, in south philadelphia. as you mentioned it, does appear they could soon be making arrest in this case. let's take you through those updates now. first, releasing updated time line on the attack monday morning. also close up images of their believed suspect. they also did carry out search of the home in the area of where this happened, in hopes of tracking down their offender. first, let's show you surveillance images released

just yesterday. this is close up look at the police suspect black male, between 6 feet and 6-foot two medium build. also police want you to see this video here coming up of him moving a car early monday morning, that's the victim's car, attack on monday morning on 1800 rosewood street, 1800 block rather. now there is based on time stap p from the surveillance cameras, it is believed this man first got inside the having tim's home, then got keys to her car and moved that car and then returned to that home to carry out an assault. now, on thursday afternoon police did search that home on the 1300 block of chat wood street. that address is significant because it is the same block where that suspect moved that car that we saw in that surveillance video. it is also not far from the attack that happened on monday. now, after the search we did speak to a woman who said she knows the man police are looking for and she is asking him to surrender.

updating breaking news this morning, 21 year old man is dead and three other people injured in a shooting in chester. the injured range in age from 14 to 47. police say more than 30 rounds were fired from a rifle along the 2700 block of west third street about 11:00 last night. >> right now, no word on injuries in a fire at the connestoga frame shop in gallery in radnor delaware county. an apartment above the shop was also damagedment. the cause of the fire is under investigation. >> a $10,000 reward is now offered for information on a sexual assault in south philly. police have released new images of the suspect, they say, he stole the victim's car, then returned to demand money and sexually assaulted her. they also say the suspect may have struck before. well, cuba is expected to be removed from the us list of state sponsors of terrorism as early as today t comes as relations between the latin

this is not the first time violence has happened to her family. "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us now at the chester police station. nicole? >> and erika ukee, the youngest victim in this shooting just 14 years old and the man who died, 21 years old. let's go ahead roll video of the scene. police say the victim, all males, standing on the sidewalk at third animal america streets around 11:00 p.m. thursday night, when two gunmen approached and began firing. two juveniles were struck along with 47 year old man that 21 year old was hit multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. sadly, marking the city's seventh homicide this year. now, we speak to his cousin, who said this is the second son his mother has had to bury within the last year. so, a very sad night of senseless violence here, in the city of chester. in the meantime, county detectives are assisting chester police in this investigation. anyone with any information is urged to call police. so t
