>> relative of the victim says this is not the first time violence has happened to her family. "eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us now at the chester police station. nicole? >> and erika ukee, the youngest victim in this shooting just 14 years old and the man who died, 21 years old. let's go ahead roll video of the scene. police say the victim, all males, standing on the sidewalk at third animal america streets around 11:00 p.m. thursday night, when two gunmen approached and began firing. two juveniles were struck along with 47 year old man that 21 year old was hit multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. sadly, marking the city's seventh homicide this year. now, we speak to his cousin, who said this is the second son his mother has had to bury within the last year. so, a very sad night of senseless violence here, in the city of chester. in the meantime, county detectives are assisting chester police in this investigation. anyone with any information is urged to call police. so that's the very lateness

chester outside the police department here. we send it back to you in the studio. >> nicole, thank you. firefighters say a candle started this fire in delaware county. the fire at the connestoga frame shop and gallery on connestoga road in radnor started around 11:15 last night. several fire companies rushed to the scene. investigators say it started in an apartment above the business. >> second floor, guy had candle in his bedroom, candle fell over, lit the bedding on fire. >> so, amazingly no one was hurt. firefighters had the flames under control in less than an hour. we have some significant new developments in the search for sexual preditor in south philadelphia. police have released this new surveillance picture of the suspect. they say the picture gives them a new time line of the attack on monday. police say the suspect first burglarized the home on rosewood street, then returned to sexually assault the victim. >> there is the possibility it was in the property, lefter the property and returned to

actually confront our victim. police also recovered evidence after searching a home in connection with that case. in the next half hour, hear from woman who believes that man police are looking for is her son. ukee? >> neighbors in ocean country cleaning up and checking out the damage, after torrential rains caused a lot of flooding. let's show you eyewitness video shot as downpours flooded the streets. in toms river police rescued two dozen drivers stranded in flood waters. water surrounded many homes and neighbors say it happened all too often. >> just totally ridiculous, that this is what we have to put up with. can't even get in your own driveway to park because the water is just way too deep. >> so frustrating. no one was seriously hurt. police expect some roads to stay closed today. >> all right time for trafficking. it seems like if you got rain yesterday, boy, did you really get some rain. >> you really d as we look back here, doppler estimate

they'll work on his future around 9:00 hour time. he has resisted calls to resign after several top officials were arrested wednesday, and accused of taking millions of dollars in bribes. blatter not named in the indictment, he said he knew nothing about the accusations. us soccer and several other countries have already said that they'll vote against blatter today. >> communities in oklahoma and texas are on alert as rivers continue to rise after days of rain. texas officials are talking to residents whose homes could be affect the by the floods and they're asking them to leave. in oklahoma last night heavy rain fell again. emergency responders had to rescue a woman from a stalled car trapped in high waters. the death toll from the flooding in both states has riz tone 23. >> air says human error probably not factor in the accidental shipment of live anthrax to labs all across the united states and south korea army says there may have been failure in the technical process of de-activating the

york, how are we looking here at home, katy? >> actually little warmfront lifting in here, brinking in just couple of showers potentially through the south and western count ills. overall it looks as though pretty pleasant weather here, across most of the region. i do want to show you what's happening though outside we go here to middle township high school. we overlook the jen tis bay basically facing east here. you can see being obviously some cloud cover working its way away. since we're facing east, that means, these clouds are moving to the south. and that actually is just very trail end of a frontal boundary warmfront that's lifting north. it is really really tough to make outment you can see little hint of cloud cover here, also steadier rain over portions of maryland, but his is actually just very edge of it. so because we are generally under the influence of high pressure today i think most of cuss bank on some sunshine, and what looks to be pretty phenominal, cool forecast for up. soap, more sun than anything, we gave it five out of five beach ball kind of forecast for you with the sun and temperatures reaching the mid

serene, great start to your morning, this is 95, delaware state line notice no delays in either direction. since we're on the camera shot there is weekends nascar weekend in dover. soap, if you are traveling on route one 13, in and around that area, it will be very, very busy. so do you want it plan accordingly, for sure. as of right now things are moving swell, i would say as we continue we take you elsewhere, new jersey 42 freeway, also no delays. maybe getting early start heading down the shore, it is a smooth ride all the way down the atlantic city expressway if that's' what you're taking, garden state parkway 55, all good. 5:15 pretty earl foyer a rush hour, but still looking great out there. forty-two freeway southbound between 295 and creek road do, have construction, left lane will be blocked. that will be ongoing until 8:00 a.m. this morning. also on 295 northbound, between 47 and the 42, one lane will be blocked for the next 45 minutes or so. no delays for mass transit. and if you are headed out of

>> right now 5:23. we want our traffic and weather together this friday morning. good morning kate. >> i really looks like pretty pleasant end to the work week. good morning everyone, starting things off generally speaking on tranquil note. you have couple of clouds. it is not quite as humid. obviously, there is still a bit of activity to track. through the course of the overnight, around the chesapeake, some of the rain led to flood advisories through maryland, but fizzling somewhat, even though it is crossing now into western kent county likely see couple of showers south and west of philadelphia today, i would generally call this a pretty nice day. shooting for the mid 80s meanwhile, the shore is where it is at tomorrow. looks like great beach day. we have got more steam in the atmosphere 80 degrees, some sunshine sunday however not just at the shore but basically region wide start to see the next frontal boundery rolling into our region brink withing it some much needed

>> a south philadelphia neighborhood on edge, man wanted for attacking several women. detective could be closing in on their man.

police searched a home in south philadelphia, in connection with those attacks. a woman who lives in the home believes the man police are looking for is her son. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is at police headquarters right now with the very latest, justin, good morning. >> ukee, erika, good morning. we did hear from that woman. >> this investigation appears to be cranking up in many, many ways. police making significant headway, in their investigation, into those assaults in south philadelphia. we got release of updated time line of the attack yesterday on monday. we also saw new pictures of the suspect in this case. and as you mention search of the home, heard from woman who says that she knows this suspect. now, in those surveillance stills, you can see, this suspect close up. he is a black male, about 6 feet tall, medium build. police also want you to see video this this case, surveillance video of this man, moving a car very early on monday morning they say that is the victim's car who was involved in the monday attack, on the 1800 block of

rosewood street very early this that morning. based on stamp police do believe this man snuck inside the woman's home, then left, moved her car to chat wick street, then returned to that home where he robbed and he also assault add woman. that woman we spoke to who says she knows that man she said she wants this man to hundred himself in, she does recognize this picture and hopes to have this resolved for him as well as for her family in this case. mayor also offering $10,000 reward for capture wanted. also on chat wick street back in march. we can tell you black suspect in his 20's, 30's, 6 feet tall, medium build n both cases the victims say he was wearing red gloves gloves. live from center city, justin finch. >> we'll get back to you thank you. also in the news, man facing charges for assaults on two
