there may be more victims out there. police arrested the suspect in media. they think he's also responsible for attack in radnor. accuse of assaulting 18 year old tuesday morning on radnor trail. >> shooting in chester delaware county. >> leaves a man dead, three others wounded happened around 11:15 near third animal america street. police say two gunmen opened fire at four people standing on the sidewalk killing a 21 year old man. two teenage boys, and 47 year old man, are in the hospital. victim's cousin said it is time chester looking for solutions to ends the bloodshed. >> i don't know what is going on in chester. but, you need to stop. you need to put an end to this. everybody's needs to get together, like they get together for party, we need to get together for.

>> reporter: ukee, erika police in chester searching for two gunmen, they say opened fire on group every men, wounding three killing one other. where this happened, thirds and palmer streets in chester around 11:00 p.m. thursday night. that's when police say two gunmen approached the group every guys, and began shooting, three men, as i said, were struck, the youngest just 14 years old. a 21 year old man was also hit. multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. we did speak to his cousin who said this is not the first time tragedy has struck in her family. and the victim's mother has lost two sons in the past year. yes, i lost a son 2010. this was my cousin that is laid out on the ground. and i think it is so sad because we got so many murdered in chester and nothing is being done. >> aga
