we begin with breaking news two people are dead after this violent crash in delaware county the two car crash happened on west second street. >> and this is in chester. "eyewitness news" cameras on the scene there trying to see debris all over the road there. accident investigators are collecting evident to figure out how it happen. we will have more in the live report from that crash scene coming up, at 5:00. also in chester a police cruiser hits and kills a man. >> investigators say it happened while officers were pursuing a robbery suspect. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao joins us at crozer-chester medical center with a look at that, good morning. >> reporter: erika and ukee, good morning. that man struck and killed 24 years old was brought to crozer-chester medical center last night where he died from

his injuries this morning a complete investigation is underway into finding out how he was hurt in the first place. take a look at the the video. chopper three was over the scene, incident last night. delaware county district attorney's office says around 8:30 police were pursuing a suspect in the area of keystone road, in chester. d.a.'s office says a suspect tried to get away on a bike. while fleeing the man and police cruiser collided. chester police and delaware county criminal investigation division are both investigating. "eyewitness news" has spoken to the 24 years old man's mother. he doesn't believe her son could have been involved in the armed robbery that police had the wrong man here. she said her son was visiting from north carolina to see his daughter and attend his little sisters high school graduation. he said his dad just does not make any sense. this morning a police investigation is underway into exactly how he died. we will bring you update as we

"eyewitness news" spoke to a truck driver who was shaken by what he saw on the road. >> i'm on these road every day, six or seven days a week, you know what i mean, and it is an impact to see another truck, you know what i mean. >> more than a dozen others were injured in the deadly crash. bank robber considered armed and dangerous is on the roads of the montgomery county this morning. police say the the suspect robbed a bank have of america branch on plymouth road in plymouth meeting yesterday afternoon. police say he got away with cash and fired a shot in the direction of the teller windows. >> this is very concerning,es lacing of violence, introduction of the weapon, firing a weapon in the bank, very serious. so we're obviously very

updating our breaking news right now two people dead and two cars just smashed up a after a crash near west second and in chester. car parts are scattered all over the intersection. there is no word on the cause of that accident. authorities tell "eyewitness news" that an arm robbery suspect is dead after he was struck by a police car while trying to make his escape on the bicycle. robbery attempt happened near 13th and keystone and the accident happened a short distance away. the suspect died at crozer-chester medical center. public can show their respects to beau biden begins at 1:00 o'clock this afternoon at legislative hall in dover. funeral services for son of the vice-president, joe biden are saturday, beau biden died last week a at age 46. our time is 4:49. lets check business. >> money watch's jill wagner joins us from the new york stock exchange and jill, you have results of the new cbs news poll about income equality or in equality, what

let's get traffic and weather together. good morning vittoria. >> good morning everyone. it is a pleasant ride traveling on our majors this morning, we're not dealing with any problems. traveling on the schuylkill expressway, this is right around king of prussia to and from the area of king of prussia is easy breezy, also in and out of the center city i mean at 4:53, still very early for a rush hour. we're just dealing with great conditions. take a look the a ben franklin bridge, traveling in either treks of the ben to and from new jersey and philadelphia, it is fantastic. all of the bridges are moving well. as we continue we will talk about construction that may be lingering in some areas. one area being new castle delaware on the north bound route one ramp at i-95 northbound, it is closed ongoing until 6:00 a.m. still an hour left to go there. ninety-five north and southbound if you are a i-95 commuter, construction in the area for a little time now between delaware avenue and 202, right lane blocked until

>> ukee and erika we are here at second street which was actually opened for a brief time but taking a look there is now a police presence and there i a fire truck at the end of the street and some crew members there kind of making sure that the debris is fully gone from the roadway. i don't know if a few cars came by and came about that debris but they are doing clean up here this morning. all this is following a two car crash just a violent crash here on west second street near pucy street in chester. both victims were dead on arrival. it all happen at 1:00 this morning. when authorities arrived they found two cars badly damage. car parts scattered all across the roadway. again, for several hours this part of the street, west second street was shut down to traffic. it was briefly opened up but here again it looks like the police perimeters are up. so we will continue on the scene and let you know how things unfold but
