indianna avenue around midnight the 28 year old victim is currently in stable condition. man got into gun battle at pizza shop last week. philadelphia police want you to take a good look at this just released surveillance video. do you recognize him? he's one of the two men who held a gun to the detectives head at rising sun pizzeria last thursday night. when they started shooting the detective fired back, killing the other suspect. detectives now think the man on the run could be responsible for several other robberies around the city. >> happening today. application step up search for missing mother from delaware who vanished almost year ago. new castle county police and the fbi are launching new campaign to find trader, the mother of three vanished, from her new castle home last july. a neighbor told police, he saw trader being forced into her

than 8 million times on line. monday evening it had hundreds of people protesting at a mckinney texas pool. it is where officer eric casebolt was seen aggressively detaining 15 year old beckton neighbors had called police after a fight and to complain about teens who did not have permission to be at the pool. pool was reserved by a woman from the neighborhood. it limit guests to only two per person, but about 130 showed up. at one point casebolt in the video could be heard casing and even drew his weapon when someone interfered while he retained beckton. >> i was like telling him that he can get off me because my back was hurting really bad. >> at the protest many called for the officer's firing. >> i've been angry all day. but to be treat that way? i thank god it wasn't my son. >> other showed support for the police. >> ridiculous. at the end of the day the

over 20 years, teachers have paid more than 10 billion dollars into their pensions, but new jersey politicians have paid just three underfunding teacher pensions by billions. unless the state makes its pension payments the entire fund could disappear in twelve years- threatening over 200 thousand teachers with poverty in retirement. school employees have done their part. now, politicians need to do theirs. it's only fair.

information about the escape that gannon saturday in up-state new york. day four, fbi joined manhunt and the hundreds of leads. law enforcement tell cbs news a woman who worked at the clinton correctional facility is being questioned by her possible connection to the escape. >> discussed. i can't believe it. >> steven's brother sheriff deputy kevin was murdered back in 2002. sweat was given life without parole. >> i can't believe eggs' out knowing what they do. >> matt sentenced to 25 years to life for kidnapping, killing, and dismembering his former boss in 1997. the pair is believed to have used power tools to cut through walls and pipes and to eventually emerge from manhole three blocks away from the prison. they believe the men used tools belong to go contractors working on the 170 year old prison, but former inmate says it is not easy to sneak tools.

new jersey's pension system is a mess but don't blame teachers and other school employees. over 20 years, teachers have paid more than 10 billion dollars into their pensions, but new jersey politicians have paid just three underfunding teacher pensions by billions. unless the state makes its pension payments the entire fund could disappear in twelve years- threatening over 200 thousand teachers with poverty in retirement. school employees have done their part. now, politicians need to do theirs. it's only fair.
