tonight it is calm, clear but that is before the storms. >> that is right chris beautiful evening, on the sky deck still a nice breeze but second i walk out here first thing i said was you can definitely feel humidity creeping up a little bit. still pretty comfortable but we have due points in the lower 50's earlier and now they are creeping up toward 60. humidity will feel more noticeable when you step out the door tomorrow morning. lets look at storm scan three and once again you can see showers moving through western pennsylvania now. that batch you see right there, clipping state college that will miss us to the north but further south we have got that cold front that will push through during the day tomorrow and will bring locally gusty then are storms to portion s of our area they won't be every where but they can be locally strong. storm scan three as we sweep region looking okay locally right now and temperatures feeling comfortable as well. we got to the lower 80's to the city, average high 86. no where near that. 66 degrees in allentown. seventy in trenton. seventy-four in philadelphia i

over power lines. and the lack of power crews has only fueled the frustration here. clean up is in full swing for most of the south jersey. and, power has been restored to most after last tuesday's storms it has been several days and hundreds are still waiting in the dark. >> really getting oldest specially with my neighbors getting electric ton days ago. >> reporter: dianne wagner is in gibbstown where last two customers got power back monday but clean up is far from over. >> i lost eight trees and roof off my house. >> it has been going back in time. we just, you know, trying to get by with no electric. >> reporter: across the county generators have been running on overtime on heritage road in sewell, damage is widespread. utility poles are down and so are power lines with dozens of trees, evidence of a clean up is in front of the every home, but patients is running out.

>> we have not seen many trucks on the road. >> reporter: anthony decide monday and his wife have been calling ac electric every day. they have a down pole and transformer at the even of the driveway and they are hoping by tuesday they will see some progress. >> but it ha been pretty tough. there is a lot of utilities. our pool is turning green. >> reporter: and east greenwich township harmony road interest section has been finally cleared after pending lines and poles shut 295 on ramp for a week. berg are king and shop rite are still running on generator power and crew from his all over continue, just to work around the clock. >> and now just in the last few minutes we have seen evidence of power crews on this street. there are two power trucks, parked at the end of this block. that should come as are good news for a lot of the frustrated people here, atlantic city electric is hoping to have the lights back on for this entire neighborhood by midnight tonight, and or sometime tomorrow. we're live from sewell, new jersey i'm diana rocco for

cbs-3 "eyewitness news" you can understand their frustration, time to get the lights on there thanks very much. some people without power wondering where governor chris christie is? well in, one will have a problem finding him tomorrow. that is when he is expect to announce his run for the white house. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt has details of the christie launch. >> i get accused a lot of times of being too blunt and too direct. >> reporter: new jersey governor chris christie says he is just telling it like it is, he launched this campaign web site over the weekend but he still hasn't verbally confirmed the run. here he is on friday. >> we're not answering any questions about my political future today. i'm here as a governor to talk about state business. there will be time to talk about my political future next week. >> reporter: when he officially enters tuesday morning he will be the 14th republican date to announce. we spoke to republican vote hers who worry about the large candidate pool. >> it is just too much to

investigators believe her killer may have that car. brunner had been living with the man neighbors described as a friend. he is not a suspect . he has been hospitalized for the past week. one of the suspects in the west philadelphia block party shooting that sent ten people to the hospital has turn himself in. dominic lemar surrendered today. he is accused in a june 20th shooting in the 4100 block of ogden street in the mantua section. police say all of the victims in that case were hit with bird shots that had been fired from the shotgun. kylie harley is second suspect still at large tonight. first wrongful death lawsuit was filed stemming from the crash of amtrak train 188, in port richmond. the family of the maryland businessman bob gildersleeve is suing amtrak, claiming negligence and outrageous conduct. gildersleeve is on his way to new york on the night of may 12th when that train derailed, rounding a corner at more than a hundred miles an hour.

tonight, the families attorney spoke with "eyewitness news" about the pain that gildersleeve's loss has caused. >> this has been a horrible, continuing to unfold nightmare for this family, two teenage children, a loving, devoted caring wife who had just lost everything that meant everything in the world to them. >> the 45 year-old was one of the eight people killed in that crash amtrak has not commented on that lawsuit. the rebuilding of the philadelphia phillies continues, the the team introduced its new president today and he brings pretty impressive resume. our leslie van arsdal joins us now with more and i think there is hope that this guy can get the job done. >> he has had his fair share of success. word did reek out over a week ago phillies targeted any macphail, first team president hired from outside the organization, he comes from a well establish baseball family. hidad and grandfather even shrined in cooperstown.

a north jersey man charged with trying to support isis makes his first appearance in federal court. twenty-three year-old all a seday was held ordered held without bail and faces a

canadian border. sweat believed matt, who turned 49 during their time on the run was slowing him down so the pair split up about five days ago. police killed matt in a hoot out on friday. sweat was recaptured, yesterday afternoon. the financial crisis in greece helped send stocks sharply lower on wall street today. dow jones industrial average was down 350 points, its worst single day drop this year. the s and p500 and tech stocks on the nasdaq broadly lower as well. meantime protesters, hit the streets of greece ahead of the referendum on the financial crisis there greece's prime minister is urging vote tours reject demand of the creditors. with banks closed, many greeks lined up outside atm's but they could only withdraw 67euro's which is $75 some fear greece will default on e debts and exit the euro. donald trump says he is considering some legal action

boardwalks also still hopping this evening a lot of people take this week down the shore leading up to the big holiday weekend the fourth of july on saturday. how does the wet lear? lets take a peak at storm scan three. we will talk about the near term. here's our next system moving in with showers and a few thunderstorms. this will miss us to the north. you can see where it is going. showers and storms will get here during the day tomorrow. while strongest storms look to be mainly off to the west of philadelphia, we will see risk for heavy rain and damaging wind with any storm. right now 74 at the airport. pair of six's in allentown. seventy-one in atlantic city. sixty-nine in wildwood. you can see these showers and storms are as a result of the cold front moving through. here's right through 9:00 o'clock, couple showers and storms could continue. wednesday they are more isolate. few more spotty storms in the afternoon and high pressure tries to briefly wedge in here on thursday, which could still get clipped by a shower or then are storm during dayton thursday. thinks for tomorrow and you can see it is a line right
