cottman, in the construction zone and then it just goes together and you've got one big line of volume headed into downtown philadelphia. so, we are now starting to see some rush hour traffic. northbound 95, not awful just yet, overall looking pretty good. on the schuylkill expressway, just had crew out here, approaching the vine street expressway, on the westbound side looks like they cleared that out of the way. and it does seem to be that some of the rain has stopped. but notice the vehicles, just sort of pushing along some of that what do i opportunity say, sprinkle, fuzzy no, i can't think of the word. anyway, they are pushing some of the water around on the roads. it will be little slick. speed censors looking great. mass transit overall doing okay. patco, however, single tracking for both directions, due to northbound construction, so they are single tracking on southbound side. make sure to keep that in mind this morning. >> thanks, here's what's going on young boy playing basketball with his friends is hit by stray bullet. >> that boy was rushed to the hospital. that's where "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us now at children's hospital of

philadelphia, where the boy social security treated, justin good morning. >> reporter: erika, ukee, good morning, at last check that six year old boy was in stable condition recovering from a gunshot wound to his left foot. he was driven here, by his loved ones, once they realize he had been shot. taking to you video from the scene there in grays ferry there is all happened late last night about 11:15 p.m. on the 1800 block of south 30th street right near moore street. that is where police say more than dozen people were outside, a mix of kids, adults, some playing basketball, others watching. the basketball game taking place on rear driveway behind homes there that is where that crowd heard one gunshot and they realize very quickly six year old boy had been struck in his left foot. his loved ones scramble, grabbed him, drove him here immediately, to chop, for treatment. back out live, police now looking for the shooter involved in all of this, they're talking to witnesses trying to get stories straight in hopes of finding
