great shot that is. i have to tell you in easton earlier today for kid fasters even and this adorable little girl named audrey had this line. she said it's rainy with a chance of rainbows today i thought was such an optimistic way of putting a stormy forecast forecast. look leaks audrey had the forecast right. she may get hired. let's take look outside. i mentioned the boardwalk and still going strong most of the stores look like they're closed now but a lot of folks still meanders about on the ocean city boardwalk. i remember doing that as a teenager staying out as late as you can to stretch out those long shore days. well tomorrow will be another nice day down the shore at least until evening and that's when we're tracking our next threat for severe weather it's this area of storms you see back across portions of the midwest. this front will be moving in for us tomorrow evening. and it will bring the risk of risk for severe storms. in the near term a couple of sprig kills down northern delaware over 95 here told tour middletown not a big deal. this storm has weaken a few sprinkles here and there. but in the meantime, it is still

very very steamy and uncomfortable out there right now. look at these temperatures. it's still 80 degrees at the airport. it's 78 in dover and 79 in wilmington. that's only half the story. you have to factor in the dew point as well. dew points are in the 70s. look at that, dew point in dover, 75. that means the air is almost fully saturated. so it's just like stepping out into a steambath at you step out this evening and into tomorrow morning. so watch this system as it heads our way. most of the day tomorrow especially during the afternoon hours we may see some sun but keep in mind any sun we see just contributes to the risk for severe weather because it really provides the fuel the heat and humidity for these storms to get going. 5:00 p.m. in our far normal and west suburbs seven 8:00 o'clock we expect this line of strong storms to move through the city and it could produce again damaging straight line winds the biggest threat as well as that heavy rain. clears the coast quickly and then clouds decrease during the day friday. friday turns out to be a nice less humid day. and on saturday, we express stress all the clouds to the south a great sunny warm start
