again very quiet very easy, no delays around center city and even as you commute your way throughout the western suburbs, major moving exception ally well with the exception of the northeast extension, northbound side of the mid-county toll plaza now overturned tractor-trailer blocking the left lane. so traveling in and around this area, coming from 476 the pa turnpike, you will notice you may find some volume in this area as they work on this, i would imagine that teams will be on scene n regard to mass transit no delays, and things at the airport just fine. >> breaking news in france. police say a group of gunmen had broken into store in suburban paris shopping center, ten people were told are trapped inside. special police unit are surrounding that store at this time. it is unclear right now whether the ten people inside are being held hostage or if they are hiding from the gunmen. we will continue to follow this situation and bring you the latest information as soon as we get it.

>> also, more breaking news this morning the euro's leaders i agreed on new bailout for greece, european union president says the bailout deal for greece could pave the way for them to remain member of the euro. new bailout includes curious re storms, financial support. greece economy in free-fall banks are facing clappings, greece prime minister says the country must now make some difficult decisions more on the impact of this agreement coming up in your money watch report. >> new this morning philadelphia police are investigating two shootings happening just minute apart in the same neighborhood. two people were injured in one of those shootings. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us now in northwest detective with more on that, justin, good morning. >> erika, good morning, police are now being looking for at least one shooter in this case, this after two people were shot in the ogontz section late last night. let's take to you video, philadelphia police cruiser remaining on the scene of the

1600 block of widener plates, where two people were found shot at about 10:00 on sunday night, a man age 21, shot in his leg twice, a woman age 46 shot in her stomach, and her leg as well, both were taken, we are told, to einstein medical center in stable condition. and then about a ten minute walk away, police were on the scene of another shooting in the ogontz section. on the 2100 block of west nidro avenue, reports after man on a bike fired a gun came into police. there were no reports every any wounded. >> this report did come in about the same time as that widener police shooting. shooter remains at large. police did find several shell casings on the scene. now police say it is too soon to say if these shootings are linked. however, they cannot discount that possibility at this time. and of course they welcome any tips from the public that may help in this investigation. for now we are live, at northwest deck, justin finch

cbs-3, "eyewitness news" erika? >> thanks for that. also, new this morning thieves stick up an upscale cafe overnight in center city. investigators say that holdup happened around 1:00 a.m. at tree a cafe, 12th and spruce streets in washington square. it is unclear just how much money was stolen, but we're told the suspect got away with big bags of cash. our jan carabeo will update this story for us coming up in a live report in our next half hour. >> happening today diplomate plan to announce nuclear deal with iran. that will deal would curb the country's at tomorrow i can program in return for sanctions relief. negotiators say the final details of that pact are still being worked out. sticking points, as iran's, arms embargo blocks it from buying missiles and conventional weapons f agreement is reached congress will get 06 days to approve that deal. >> manhunt underway for a reputed drug kingpin who broke out of mexican prison. with a keen guzman apparently escaped through mile long

foreman who went missing while swimming in the delaware river. however, they have not confirmed the body is that of the missing swimmer. crews searching the waters off national park, gloucester county where beach hill road meets the river. the man originally swimming yesterday near the pennsylvania side of the river. several witnesses say they saw that man in the water before he disappeared and he never resurfaced. philadelphia police say that they have a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run. a bicyclist bass riding on second street near erie avenue when police say car trying to pass another vehicle struck him head-on. police say that driver then left the scene. doctors pronounced the bicyclist dead short time later. no word on the identity of the victim or the suspect. >> a man is fighting for his life after police say he was shot six times. officers found the 24 year old on the 2,000 block of judd on street in north philadelphia shortly before 8:30 last night. he is in critical condition

this morning. that shooter is still on the loose. anyone with information is asked to -- asked to call philadelphia police. scary fewer moments for five passengers inside a plane this weekend pilot forced to make an emergency landing on route 72 in stafford township yesterday. police say that plane was caring sky diving student when lost power shortly after take off. the pilot was able to land safely on the grassy median after highway. sky dive struck or treated for small cut on hits arm. no one else was injured. still ahead this morning the naacp national convention is taking place in philadelphia. the big name coming to speak in the city tomorrow, and the announcement the group just made following the removal of the confederate flag in south carolina. >> also, this morning commuters get ready to pay little bit more for your ride. new jersey transit is expected to approve a price hike this week. when that increase will start and just how much more you'll be paying ahead. >> and some chance for a

>> back on "eyewitness news" pope francis is expected back in rome this morning. the holy father left par guy last night after eight day visit to south america. france was treated to special going away ceremony at the airport where he bless add plaque commemorating his visit. >> this was the 78 year old pontiff's first trip back to south america since becoming pope. the naacp national convention taking place in philadelphia. tomorrow president obama's going to be in town to speak at the event. the 106 annual convention kick off this weekend at the pennsylvania convention center. this year's convention comes on the heals of the removal of the confederate flag from the state house in south carolina. that is a move that popped the organization to end a 15-year boycott of the state.
