>> reporter: eric wilkinson's go to spot, lucky for him he lives. >> right across the street. >> reporter: like the rest have the block he is startled to hear of the violent robbery. >> i heard bit right now and i'm so shock. >> we have got hospitals condos so, it is a nice area around here. >> reporter: around 1:15, two men were seen entering tria's basement once inside they confronted an employee closing up. police say that worker was forced to the ground while hard object was pressed against his head. robber demanded he open a safe. in the statement the management said this in part, robbery occurred after business hours when restaurant was already closed. it is not known if the gun used was fake or not no employees were injured. suspects got away with $3,500 in cash. >> it is a a lot of money, a lot of money to getaway with, so i mean hopefully they will catch people that did it. >> reporter: we do have descriptions of the suspects. police say one of the men

wearing a dark hoodie with a black bandana over his face and may have been wearing red fray, black gloves. second suspect had side burns according to police and likely wearing a red and black wind breaker, anyone with any information should contact the police. reporting live from police headquarters alexandria hoff for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". traffic trouble in gloucester county, tractor trailer and pickup truck collided on i295 in west deptford this afternoon. chopper you three can see the truck came close to careening off overpass and on to route 45 below. no word if anyone was seriously injury. the causes still being looked into. right now investigators are asking for public's help to identify a cyclist killed in the hit and run crash. true. it was 1:00 o'clock on sunday afternoon, when that cyclist as you mentioned was hit police were called to the 4100 block of north second street. a with man veered in the wrong lane trying to pass another car, in her own car when she struck a young man riding his bike and sped away, that man was then taken to temple hospital where he died a short time later. meanwhile this women was taken in custody a short time later at the intersection of seventh and atlantic streets not far from that crime scene witness had helped police locate the the cars involved in the accident. that woman was later released but they say their investigation is ongoing and that they are confident that they know who committed this crime. what they are not sure office who their victim is. they are asking for public's help in identifying him. he have is about 20 years old 5 feet 9 inches tall and 153-pound with multiple tattoos on both biceps. at the time of the accident he was wearing a blue nike t-shirt with bright yellow

if the two incident are related. today jury convicted a lancaster man of third degree murder for his role in the deadly crash on the roosevelt boulevard. police say he was racing another drive when he hit and killed a mother of three and her sons in july 2013. they were crossing the boulevard near rockland street in feltonville. woman's fourth son was injured. police say, he was raising ahmed hall man of philadelphia he has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide. hopefully we can hang on to it. tomorrow i'm not optimistic about it. lets look at what we have on storm scan three. now we're watching this potential duratio, a boeing line of storms that started out over indiana ohio, a and now moving through kentucky, and next up, virginia, and now this is just crossing border in virginia at the moment. very strong storms here. and the threat for major wind damage as these duratios cover a long ground and as they move through they can produce damage in their wake. good news for us is this is staying to the south and east. when we have going on here this evening just scattered showers. you can see a couple heavier ones have popped up over southern delaware right here over kent county and sussex county, not even seeing lightening with these just some steady rainfall. so watch out for a little ponding on the roads heading down that way this evening. and otherwise it is warm, and steamy, but again seasonal. eighty-three right now in reading. eighty-six at the airport. eighty in the atlantic city airport. seventy-nine in dover. rain cooling there few showers moved through. current dew point is 61 which
