morning. >> threes prison officials fire after saturday's escape of joaquin el chapo. now, this is more recent photo of the powerful drug lord. security expert say, it is clear, guzman had help. the mexican government is offering $3.8 million re barred for his capture, this is guzman's second prison break. >> meantime the fbi investigating tweets reportedly sent to republican presidential hopeful donald trump. that is according to aids for the real estate mogel. trump telling "tmz" the threat came from guzman in reaction to trump saying guzman is quote everything that is wrong with mexico. the fbi is not commenting. well, a scary scene outside philadelphia's city hall, when mayor michael nutter get involved in a confrontation with a man. only "eyewitness news" obtained video of the mayor taking action after that man got physical with the mayor's security detail. "eyewitness news" reporter todd quinones had this exclusive story.

the confrontation begins with what appears to be homeless man yelling at the mayor. things get heated. he then confronts an officer guarding the mayor. and then pulls the officer down on the ground. but things don't end there. mayor michael nutter was with some of his staffers and other city officials here, at the concourse of the municipal services building, directly across the street from city hall. the mayor spokesperson tells me they were talking about issues related to the con course, it is a place where the homeless tends to congregate. thethe mayor then physically get involved helping pull the man off the officer on security detail, and then he tries to calm the man down. the amateur video was shot by an eyewitness monday afternoon. he just happened to be there recording people's skateboarding, when he tells me he heard a man cursing at the mayor. and he kept rolling as mayor nutter got face-to-face with the man to try and diffuse the altercation. then about 202nd after it all started, philadelphia police officer let go of the man's

throat and after cooling off the man walks away and wasn't arrested or charged. >> the mayor and the police officer were not hurt, last night we went back down to the con course thereto try and talk with the unidentified man, but both he and some other people who were un the steps appear to be incoherent. reporting in the sat center, todd quinones. >> two former philadelphia police officers scheduled to appear for their arraignment in a brutality case. kevin robinson, sean mcknight, charged in the 2013 beating of rivera. surveillance cameras captured it. investigators say, the two officers knocked him off his scooter, beat him and then arrested him. investigators add that rivera was innocent. police continue their search for a serial robbery suspect, who has been targeting banks in northeast philadelphia. this is some surveillance video from citizens bank in summer ton. police say the suspect disguised himself in female muslim clothe whg he robs that

>> in northern california what police once called a hoax is now called a kidnapping. a former harvard educated attorney is accused of kidnapping a woman from her boyfriend's home, joel vazquez, of sister station had a twist that led investigators to this suspect. >> the police department owes apology. >> but more importantly is

they owe apology to the public. >> denise husband kins and her boy friend aaron quinn, held hands silently, their attorneys say they don't want them to speak because they don't want to hurt the fbi case against the kidnapper but they are very angry at the police department for calling this case a hoax. >> at this point, an apology is no good. apologies don't do anything. what we want to see is some real action. >> the fbi announced matthew muller harvard law graduate, practicing attorney until he was recently dis wards, is now in jakes arrested near lake tahoe for attempted kidnapping in dublin. according to court document, if the bi says muller also responsible for kidnapping denise from her boyfriend's home here, back in march. and now we've learned from the arrest warrant documents that denise reported she was sexually assaulted by her captor twice and she says the attacker recorded it on video. the fbi document include lengthy emails sent by the alleged kidnapper and linked

>> what's the numbers? just how many americans are in this population are over the age of 65. >> well, as of the last census bureau report, that was back in 2012, we've got 43.1 million americans over the age of 65, and that number should get this double by 2050. double. i opportunity say that again. here's a really big shift though. okay? about these aging baby boomers, they don't view retirement in the way that most did. amazingly, 82% of workers in their 60s or older say they're going to work through their retirement. >> now jill, are they going to work because they love their jobs or because they didn't save enough? >> reporter: well, it is a little bit of both, okay, so some of the extra money motivates older americans. other say you know what they want to stay busy they like to be engage the that's really important. you know, the big issue here is as you move forward, and

monday morning see how the boeing takes place and this just continues a long lived track. sometimes derecho's are called lands hurricanes, because they are really prolonged win storms, that can produce intense winds. and with 2012derecho's that hit our area as you recall back on june 29th 2012, ended 180 to 90-mile per hour gusts millions of us lost to up a week or more of power that system traveled over 700 miles. meanwhile, derechos' come through every couple of years for our area. we'll typically see once every two maybe as many as four years, so we're almost due to see one roll through. we look at the area radar it may ends up qualifying as the next der motorcycle oak deck owe, found another intense wind storm pick up. don't worry about it affecting us meanwhile warmfront lifting in. see the moisture lifting in from the south. so we have some pocket of
