some republicans on capitol hill has said the president has made too many concessions in this deal. this as draft resolution will circulate within the u.n. security council today. >> we have cut off every pathway for iran to develop a nuclear weapon. >> in an interview with "the new york times" president obama is defending the historic nuclear deal with iran. it's a case obama will don't make today when he makes a news conference today at the white house. >> this whole system we built is not based on trust but a verifiable mechanism whereby every pathway that they have is shut off. >> as part of the agreement u.n. negotiators will access the sites to verify iran is in compliance. >> we will not stand by idly if iran decides to be involved in destabilization. >> lawmakers on both sides of the i'll have already begun to pick apart this agreement which

flew over pensacola, florida. one video captured them zooming past this weekend. the low flyover kicked up sand and sent tents and umbrellas aloft. most seemed to be pleased. search crews think they found the wreckage of a remote plane but they haven't been able to reach the rugged site. the teen girl who survived the crash after two days in the wilderness is released out of the hospital this morning. the 911 call brings us inside her ordeal. >> reporter: 16-year-old autumn beach saved her first bites of chicken nuggets inside the hospital after surviving the plane crash. her father made the special delivery saying it's the only thing she asked for. beach was flying with her step

fly-by of pluto. >> reporter: the nasa team led out a cheer as the new horizons spacecraft swept past pluto. the closest fly-by that will happen in our lifetime. >> reporter: hours later with a flourish of drama the mission team showed off the latest image of the dwarf planet. at 7:49 eastern time the spacecraft flew within 7,800 miles of pluto's orbit. it had traveled nearly 3 billion miles to get to this point, the fastest spacecraft to launch. >> i have to pinch myself. look at what we've accomplished. it's truly amazing that humankind can go out and explore these worlds. >> reporter: the official confirmation came tuesday
