wacky weather last five minutes, went from downpour on my shoulders to now the sun's out. but this giant puddle next to me gives you a indication of what they've been dealing with all morning long there is basically extended right on to the black horse pike here in hamilton township, and in fact it closed down several lanes of traffic on the black horse pike and there were several cars that had to be towed right here at the intersection of clone avenue, and the black horse pike, because of deep water. there were numb russ calls for help to police, but they say most people were able to drive off after the water receded however, four cars had to be towed, this was a concern for police closing down traffic along several jug handles where people make turns along the black horse pike, and told travelers avoid the black horse pike. >> floor road, absecon, white horse pike, another heavy flood area, white horse pike

philadelphia last night. police are telling us that it was likely a stray bullet. here's "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch. >> holding his baby girl, this dad of four is relieved he and his family are safe. >> crazy. it is crazy. >> relief after learning that as his loved ones were asleep, his neighbor, few doors down, was shocked. >> i'm glad i wasn't out here, though. because it could have been me. >> hours later several bloody bandages, and towels left behind, philadelphia police say the victim is an elderly woman who was struck in her right leg likely by a stray bullet. her routine ruined. >> she was a nice lady, like i said, thank god it only hit her in the leg. >> neighbors say that this 79 year old woman normally comes out at night and sets on her front porch. just enjoy the cool wetter. >> just after 10:30 p.m., authorities say, she was sitting on her front porch with her son and then gunfire. and soon after those bullets

were fired police say they got several calls and were able to get to the scene very quickly, and get that victim to temple university hospital. late tuesday night detective fanned out on the 2800 block of north 25th street searching for leads to track down the triggerman. the shooter got away, but clues at the scene tipped off police to the kind of weapon used. >> you know at least two shots were fired from semiautomatic weapon. we found two spent shell casings on the street. >> now police are looking to surveillance cameras nearby, in hopes of getting a look at the crime and potential suspect n north philadelphia, justin finch cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> in just about an hour, president obama will hold a news conference at the white house, as he continues to make a case for the nuclear deal with iran. earlier today, vice president biden, met with house democrats to brief them on this deal. under the agreement iran would freeze the bulk of its nuclear program for a decade. this in exchange for economic sanction relief. congress now has two months to

this is his baby to watch him do it, to know that you're supported by just knowledge yes, it is easy, but not easy to say no. how did you prepare yourself for that? >> well, they put me through training. >> okay. >> good training. and we would do sort of -- height size vertigo, first day of shooting would be of course jumping off the see answer rooftop, as one does, i call it the regular friday evening. but what they did they put me in a harness then we 1 meters, 2 meters eventually got up to 75 feet. and first, wrapping your legs around tom cruise swearing like who knows. >> very different than other roles that you've had? >> completely is. and better for it. 20-foot free-fall. >> how did this all come together? i mean barbie, when you got the call about this possible

role? >> camel named barbie. >> i was in the dessert filming and producer came up, and said tom cruise wants to meet in you london for mission impossible: we need you back in 24 hours, so i went there i met tom and christopher. and we talked, and we played around for two hours, three hours. i've completely forgot. i was opposite tom cruise. it was so disarming. he is so giving, and warm, and welcoming. and quite nerve wracking. >> i would imagine. tell us little bit about the film itself. >> well, they this is yet another mission where the team gets together to fight off the sindicates, who are trying to take apart the mi5. we meet tom cruise in a dungeon, else a faust kicks, as if they'd never done anything else. >> fantastic. speaking of kicking, you know, what i understand tom does incredible stunts, on the side
