give yourself some more time if you you are traveling throughout delaware county. we have a beautiful sun in our shot here but unfortunately it is shining on a bad situation. if you are trying to travel on the schuylkill westbound ramp to 202 south we have an overturn tractor trailer and trash spilled from that tractor trailer on the southbound side of 202. i will step out of the way to take advantage of this shot here and take it in. on the 76 westbound ramp to southbound 202 it is where you have that overturn tractor trailer. trash spill is on 202. so right around area of king of prussia this will set you back you will to have do maneuvering, in doubt bit. we are still waiting for a tow truck to arrive on the scene. depending how large this trailer is, it will be out the here a little bit so keep it here, no major problems for mass transit. now back over to katie. >> as we mentioned at least weather is cooperating for us.

yesterday traffic and weather had to go so much hand and hand because of the flooding issues and frequent lightening, wind and everything else that came with the storms. at this point really sun glare is your only issue. we are starting off with a view of the less than sunny shot here out in our live neighborhood network this is outside middletown ship high school in cape may courthouse. only reason we have still got some clouds is we are watching our system retreat. that was an east facing camera. here on storm scan three don't worry about the green speckles. they are indicating ground clutter. high pressure is building in but you can see even, let me zoom in one more time you see this system pulling away. that is where clouds are still, you know, still coming visible for you here at this point. it is a retreat of the system that will be brightening up for everyone if you are not seeing that full glorious sunshine just yet. looking at area temperatures, it is sweater weather further north you go. we are flirting with 40's in the mount pocono region. fifty-seven in allentown. a very comfortable 64 right

section of the city again but who knows. >> reporter: the video is clear and some suspects even to police and public a favor by looking in the camera lens. >> i would hope the video footage is so clear there must be a way to track them down. >> reporter: another look at that video as you can see it is very, very clear. we're looking at four men here. police believe thermosly in their 20's or 30's. the video is so clear you might see a face you recognize but if you know these men police are asking you not to approach them. they are considered dangerous and instead if you see them give police a call at 911. we are live outside northwest detectives i'm justin finch cbs-3 eyewitness news. we have new information for you. police are investigating a home invasion with injuries in the fishtown neighborhood of philadelphia detectives are on the scene of the 1200 block of shackamaxon street. this happened around 4:00 o'clock this morning. we're told one person was assaulted and then taken to hahnemann hospital.

so far there is in word on that victim's condition or any arrests. philadelphia police are also investigating a shooting that led to 21 year-old man being critically injured. police say that victim was shot multiple times at 26th and dickinson street in grays ferry last night. police found a shotgun and spent shell casings from a handgun indicating two shirts. authorities say they are working to gather video from surveillance cameras that were pointed in the direction on have that shooting, erika. nicole former president george hw bush is recovering after falling at his home in maine and breaking a bone in his neck. the windy gilette has the latest on the former president's condition. >> reporter: former president george hw bush, is waking up this morning at maine medical center in port land. he is being treated for a broken bone in his neck after falling at his summer home in kenney bunk port yesterday morning. news came as a tweet from bush's spokesmen who said 41 fell at home in maine and broke a bone in his neck.

residents in the kensington neighborhood said the city ignored their calls about these big holes. one hole on kind street opened up six weeks ago. one resident said she hurt herself falling will into it and new plans to sue. another neighbor says he blew out a tire and damage his car driving over it. joseph oldman sent a photo of himself standing in the hole, to the city. >> i figured, that would get me point across to the streets department. >> i mean a kid on kind street could fall right into that hole and be sucked in. >> two blocks on crystal street another hole has neighbors frustrated, city

breaking news, check this out it could not have come at a worst time either, two major crashes, as you head out the the door including this one. looking at your screen right now that is a bunch of trash all over the road on 76 at 202. >> it comes at the worst time possible. lets get over to vittoria with the detours and delays, a real mess. >> absolute mess one could say that the area roadway is trash. traveling on the schuylkill expressway in the westbound direction, trying to get to the southbound side of 202, we are looking at live chopper three over the scene of the overturn tractor trailer that had spilled not only on the westbound schuylkill ramp to 202 south but also on 202 southbound closing the a area roadway as well. we have a major clean up to do we have to upright this tractor trailer. we have a lot of clean up that needs to happen right now. anyone traveling in and around this a area you will to have do so maneuvering around the king of prussia stretch to get through this. it is causing a delay for anyone traveling on the westbound side of the schuylkill trying to get to

this point but give yourself more time. we had an earlier accident on i-95 right around the area of 476, that has cleared but you still have a major delay around there stemming back to ridley park and if you also have usual rush hour delays, out of the north east, southbound on i-95, around cottman as we see in this shot and hanging down toward the vine street expressway, sun glare is also playing a factor here in your commute. lansdale doylestown regional rail line is also suspended. they are having power problems, and as we take a look at the wide you'll notice speed sensors dropping on the schuylkill expressway for sure at 19 miles an hour and in that usual pocket around city avenue. around the stretch of the conshohocken curve. give yourself some more time, you will need it, at least weather-wise, we can role windows down and take it in. >> breathe in the fresh air absolutely, being stuck in traffic that is a good day for it. you are in the sweltering away having to crank ac on a morning like this. vittoria mentioned the sun glare, that is our one and only weather-related concern

good morning everyone. we have some breaking news, if you are traveling on the schuylkill expressway westbound, if you are approaching the area of southbound 202 the ramp is closed due to an overturned tractor trailer but as of right now traveling ben franklin bridge you will net is you have delays at new jersey making your way down toward eighth and vine right lane compromised. you want to give yourself more time out there lansdale doylestown regional rail line is suspended between doylestown and land dale, due to overhead power problems, and so give yourself more time there as well. let's go to chopper and look at live chopper three over the scene of the overturn tractor trailer incident. here's the big picture traveling around king of prussia at mall right over here, thinks the westbound schuylkill ramp to southbound

202. southbound 202 you will notice has trash in the roadway because tractor trailer overturn and then that trash closed the roadway entirely. at this area give yourself more time. the ramp looks empty right because it is block but if you are trying to get into that area it is causing a westbound delay on the schuylkill expressway leading to this point. anytime we have something like this, it will take a while, to get this cleaned out of the way because the the more i'm looking at this, it doesn't seem like we have a tow truck on the scene just yet and in clean up has yet to be, has yet to start. so we will be waiting on this, definitely will be impacting your morning commute on top of rush hour, anyway, so best thing to do is to give yourself some more time, traveling in and around this area if you are watching us right now plan your alternate commute, definitely try to maneuver around the king of prussia mall is my best advice but now lets get a check of weather with katie. >> i would say the other issues for traffic as far as it goes with the weather here

today, vittoria, it is just sun glare. we are seeing skies clearing out nicely. you can tell from that chopper show the how bright it is with the long shadow being cast by those cars rolling along on the ramp. meanwhile we just saw that nasty disturbance roll out of here, we are left with high pressure in place. but that said not only is it quiet here at home but very quiet in the opened waters of the atlantic. as we look at the convergens zone, lot of times where you see disturbances, in the tropics but looks may be active at face value it is not. is there dry doucets stable air, and a lot of win sheer too. anything that might even try to develop it will have a difficult time doing. that it looks like as though the next week will stay, completely quiet, in the tropics but this would be your typical grounds for breeding at this point of mid to late july. so sometimes we can see disturbance off the carolina coastline but again accounts

let's update you on an attempted home invasion caught on camera so scary. fill police are sharing surveillance hoping them get tips on four men seen with weapons. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live at north west detectives, justin, good morning. >> nicole and erika good morning. four men on the loose this morning. police releasing the video in hopes of getting as many eyes as possible on this video to catch these males. we will show thaw tape right now. this is tuesday at the 10:30 at night within man knocks on the door that number jumps to three. four armed men ambush these victim. he's inside keeping that door slam shut. men tried their best to make their way inn zoo i had that home with that victim on the other side of the door, those four men never make it inside though. they do flee the scene. police still not sure rather where those men they're morning. back out here live if you recognize those men on that very clear video you are urge
