"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us now at 30th street station to tell us ball it, good morning jan. >> good morning, that's right, both septa patco selling special passes for when the pope is in town. happening this morning those passes officially go on sale, but you have to purchase them ahead of time. officials warn that the supply is limited. >> starting at 9:00 a.m. today, on septa.org septa one

day regional rail passes for the pope's advice knit september go on sale. if you plan on getting into center city on either saturday or sunday, the 26th or 27th, you'll need one normal regional rail passes won't work those days. and septa is limiting the number of passes that will be sold to 175,000 a day. >> if we tell that you you need to be at a particular place at a particular time, then we can almost to a certain degree tell you that you will be able to make it in. >> here is how it works. regional rail passes for september 26th and 27th must be purchased in advance. the cost is $10 each day. and if you are traveling both days, you will need two passes. no other passes or cash will be accepted. next as you purchase your ticket choose one of the 18 available stations to depart from. and choose a time slot. either between 5:30 and 8:30 armor between 8:30 a.m. and noon. the return time is any time after 5:30 in the evening.

un oath, the philadelphia comedian admits to paying women after sinks to keep his affairs from his wife. correspondent dawn taylor has the story. >> ten years ago bill cosby was deposed for lawsuit filed by young whom accused the entertainer of drugging and molesting her. the new york times obtained the transcripts of those four days of interviews, in them, cosby admits to having numerous sexual encounters with at least five women. and using numerous methods including drugs to make those possible. he boasted of his seduction skills. i think i'm pretty decent reader of people and their emotions in these romantic sexual things, he told a lawyer, whatever you want to call them. cosby admitted he was able to prevent news coverage of those romantic sexual things for years, by trading exclusive interviews for tabloid silence. the deposition revolt his methods. when he met the plaintiff anadrenia constant, he invited her to my house, talking to her about personal situations, dealing with her life, growth, education.

levels build ever so slightly, and it is looking nice on the schuylkill. the blue route at route one as you can see looks really nice here. this is another stretch that i've been keeping my eye on looks great on the blue route. route one moving in the northbound direction, you are looking just fine, and then 95 moving in the southbound direction by cottman avenue. you can see we do have the red cone zone still in place, not causing any slow downs as you make your way into center city. when we go to the wide, see speeds still holding up there, which is good, exactly what we want to see on busy monday morning, 55 miles per hour on your majors looking good. schuylkill expressway looking great like we just talk about blue route also, vine street expressway, right around center city, also holding steady. levels of course building but looking pretty good. mass transit running great. no major delays at the airport. overall on this busy monday morning things looking pretty good. katie, over to you. >> great to hear that, meisha. tell you what, as far as it goes with the weather pattern we are eventually going toned one very, very nice summer weather.

but this is steamy, and brutal stuff to start things off. we go on out to the eyewitness weather watcher network already reporting low 80s here, just across the river from lynn, out in cherry hill, where there are nothing more than few clouds. but already at 08 degrees, very sticky for her. she said even without the sun up it feels like it is 850 for dew point at 76, so it makes sense. off to the south, 82 sent in from david dutch nothing more than few clouds, and he is already reporting heat index values at 91 degrees. and again the sun is barely up. so, that gives you a sense i mean, you start off so warm, you can only go up from here, with this pattern 74 degrees sent in from nottingham, that's fran's report being major mugginess, like that one, sounds like superhero or something. i don't know. cartoon charger? we go out to storm scan3 next, track too long separate frontal boundaries, not front strong, so what they do maybe help trigger quick shower, thunderstorm later in the day. you can see sort of you draw the line of the clouds, not
