never came. three on your side consumer reporter jim donovan joins us with the details. >> reporter: excuse me, indeed they are operating under a number of different business names known as furniture surplus. >> if you except money from a consumer, you have to provide that merchandise to the consumer or refund. >> reporter: pennsylvania chief deputy attorney general basil miranda says furniture surplus did neither. it doesens of customers complained to the state that they didn't get furniture that they paid for and instead they were left high and dry. when the the company closed up, two of their three locations, including this one on roosevelt boulevard and moved the left over furniture to another business, they never told customers. the attorney general has now filed a lawsuit miranda who heads up the division of consumer affairs is taking action to try to get money back for consumers. >> we asked the court to freeze the assets, to pro hib it the defendants from disposing of assets,

break along the the 3500 block of scotts lane. no word on the size of the main or what caused to it rupture. at last check a water department spokesmen told "eyewitness news" they are not sure when it will be turn off. and two weeks after a water main break flooded out a south philadelphia neighborhood residents are still having problems. today the water department returned to the 2400 block of wood stock street, crews had to shut off services again after water started filling basements, and officials believed water main break under mind individual service lines to homes that issue is expect to be fix by the end of the day. chopper three over the scene earlier this morning at a two vehicle crash on i495, in new castle county delaware. thirty-five year-old, maple was killed in his car traveling north, and, swerved and became airborne. it landed on top of another reek will traveling southbound all four occupants of that car were transported to christiana hospital with various injuries. more fall out from the

web reports on the new developments. >> reporter: texas prosecutors said that the autopsy of the 28 year-old sandra bland shows injuries consistent with suicide. >> there were in bite marks or other injuries on her face, on her lips, on her tongs which would be consistent with a violent struggle. >> get out now. >> reporter: bland was a arrested during a traffic stop on july 10th the officer said she change lanes without a signal. bland was jailed on $5,000 bond, three days later police say her body was found hanging from a partition in her cell, a plastic garbage bag was tied around her neck. prosecutors say that bland did not have any defensive wound on her hand, about 30 cut marks were noted on her forearm but none were recent. >> they may have been placed on her body, roughly, two to four weeks prior to her incarceration. >> reporter: traces of marijuana were also found in bland's system which prosecutors say could have

grizzly discovery was made on south lincoln street in wilmington.
