county cumberland, even that isn't actually verifying as precipitation. just what we call ground clutter. sometimes the radar just that strong. pick up on things that aren't actually rain or precipitation of any kind. it can even pink up flocks of birds flying through. it is amazing just how strong the radar censors can be. that said, bottom line, you got no wet weather issues, so starting things off on nice clear note, now that the sun's starting to pop beautiful color being streamed across our skyline. comfort index remember, talking dew point, a lot this week. the dew point measuring the moisture in the air. and there is not very much of it. so, with dew points as low as they are at 55 degrees, right on target, for that comfort index to be what we're calling pleasant very, very nice day outside, very nice start to the day, too. current temperature readings are generally in the 50's, 60s, even cooler up in the mountains, at 49 degrees. that is actually kind of like sweatshirt weather. depending on location, may want to think about extra layer, most remote suburbs would be the best idea for. that will but everybody gets

"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is tracking the developments he's live for just our satellite center. >> by all accounts, so far police believe gunman in this case acted alone. their next step is to review surveillance video talk to witnesses and movie-goers to try and retrace his last

steps. let's take you now to video. victims same the shots came without warning. on thursday night lafayette police say loan shooter opened fire in the auditorium where as many as 100 people may have been inside. in the first few minutes of the comedy train wreck witnesses say the shooter only said to be white man in his 50's, stood up fired his weapon. a fire alarm was pulled, 911 was called, and movie-goers began running from the scene. some still bleeding from their wounds officials say police were already in the parking lot, and responded within one minute of the 911 call. officers got close to the shooter, but by the time they found him they say he had shot and killed himself. as the bullets rang out many in the theater not only saved themselves, they saved others, too. governor bobby tells the story of two teachers he calls heroes. >> her friends literally jumped over her and her account actually saved her life f she hadn't done that, her friend got shot, fellow

vine street expressway, you just saw the drive times. it is looking good in both directions to and from the schuylkill. see the tail light out there. i can tell you right now they are traveling at polls dollars speeds that's good. ninety-five, northeast philly, head southbound at girard avenue, making your way into center city. this is probably the area where i am seeing most of the congestion, and even that, for this time, is still fairly light. you are seeing a lot of tail light out there. as you are trying to make your way into center city. right now looking pretty good there. also in new jersey, southampton township, weaver downed wires at route 38 at route 206. all the lanes are block. give yourself couple of extra minutes in that area. over to you. >> thank you meisha. flying already seems like hassle for most people. now there is new reason to get frustrated when you head to the airport. philadelphia international airport was just ranked the fifth worse airport for cell phone data speed. that means, it takes extra long to surf the web or download videos while waiting for your flight. in case you were wondering

>> tense moments in fort lauderdale florida plane was forced to come down with landing issues. plane ran off the runway, crossed another part of the runway, before getting into another grassy area, rolling to a stop. fortunately, no one was hurt. and, check this out. passengers on flight from hong kong to russia use force to restrain allegedly abusive passenger. russian police reportedly say that the man had been verbally abusive to other passengers during the flight. even tried to get into a fight with flight attendants. eyewitnesses said that passenger was drunk. the passengers also said they restrained him with seatbelts and plastic wrap. >> colorado family wakes up to unlikely suspect breaking into their car. so what did all the damage? turns out it was a bear. the family says they actually woke up to that bear honking the horn, like anybody up, can you hear me? when he got stuck inside, apparently the bear got upset and started clawing at the car destroying the inside. believe it or not the 12th time a barajas broken into a car in the same
