welsh road are complete thely closed between krewstown road and bustleton avenue. you certainly want to use an alternate in and around this area. would i suggest red lion road. so again that is completely closed. only major thing we have right now. no accident to report whiz is great. just nice and quiet. here's the schuylkill expressway moving in the eastbound direction at girard, looking good there. also some construction i-95 northbound at cottman you have lost the right lane due to that construction but does not seem like it is causing any slow downs right now. this is very nice moving in the 5:00 o'clock hour, looking great, we will see headlights, of course, everyone just starting to roll out of the bed and get on the roadways with you so far so good. your sensors maps are looking great. everything is nice, high and green. ladies, over to you. >> thanks, meisha. new this morning, three people are hurt after a crash in philadelphia. the multi vehicle crash happened overnight at east allegheny avenue and f street in kensington. the extent of the victim's injuries are unknown at this time. the cause of the crash is

under investigation. well septa has some new plans for selling regional rail passes for the papal cyst it to philadelphia pass it will go on passes through an on line lottery. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live at septa headquarters with the details justin, good morning. >> reporter: nicole and erika good morning. septa says lottery system at least seems fair and of course won't guarantee everyone a pass but they are hoping that they will distribute those tickets at least fairly. lets go to video in response to last week, failed on line initial failed a attempt that site was shut down within minutes of an opening last monday. only 201 tickets sold out of thousands available. now on monday, august the third, the lottery goes live at 12:01 in the morning and goes until midnight. it will then close. e-mails will go out thursday august 6th to the winners and they will deciding whether or not the they want to go and buy up to ten of these passes which are $10 each.

>> hot ticket for sure. >> thanks, justin. by the way we are now just 59 days away from the arrival of the pope frances to philadelphia stay with "eyewitness news" for continuing coverage of the papal visit on tv and also on line for you at cbs-3 philly.com. right new police are releasing new details about the wild police chase that went back and forth between pennsylvania and new jersey. brooklawn police say they have been looking for the suspect robert ritter since july 9th. they alleged ritter stole underwear at a shop rite and physically assaulted an employee. when ritter surfaced three weeks later police went after him. >> lucky that this occurred at night, on a monday night and mess of the roads this individual was driving through primarily here were closer toward our main highways. >> writ arer is in jail facing a long list of charges including aggravated assault. this is the man police say robbed a rite aide pharmacy in haddonfield. twenty-seven year-old donald heart of man to ace now behind bars. on june 6th, event police say hart jumped behind the

pharmacy counter demanding oxycodone and adderall. surveillance show him in a odd get up wearing a reflective vest and rain coat. hart allegedly carjacked a priest in the parking lot of the rite aide to make his getaway, erika. a chester county nurse is facing charges for allegedly stealing drugs from the nursing home where she work. thirty-six year-old carolyn howett is accused of stealing morphine and other drugs from the powe cop son home in west chester. she marked the drugs as destroyed but they later found them in her home. texas authorities are releasing several hours of video showing sandra bland in the county jail after rumors popped up on line that she was dead before she walked in the jail. bland was found hanging three day after her arrest and her family is disagreeing with the medical examiner's ruling that it was a suicide. don champion has details from dallas. >> reporter: authorities say that this newly released video shows 28 year-old sandra bland

meteorologists say tuesday was tucson's wetest day in months. talk about an incredible rescue, an arizona couple survived after their suv gets swept away in flood waters. >> eyewitnesses say they swept the vehicle a a quarter mile away and underneath two bridge necessary tucson. the suv flipped over several times in the running water. amazingly the couple inside made it out safely and refused medical attention. now no one was injured in this massive tornado in can inadequacies, one of three that touched down monday evening. storm chasers captured the twister up close here. eyewitnesses reported seeing a giant wedge tornado that possibly seven smaller twisters drop around it. damage as you can imagine was widespread. right now 5:13. let check with katie for latest on our forecast and is today the worst day of these hot days. >> it is one of two of the next worst days. so, tomorrow is looking very, very steamy for our area we will keep high pressure in
