ballgame in the afternoon how will it look for that. >> not bad at all guys. we can expect to see another dry day. we might see green yet concerned about that and that is fair, i get it. when you see green on the radar you think is there rain copping because that is what you are looking for? but remember radar can pick up on things that are not there. sometimes we will get the ground clutter effect. we will start off by going outside. we will take you first and information mess to a new camera shot a little idea what we are looking at here, a new shot, sky cam three we are facing east from our station headquarters in center city overlooking spring garden street facing east. this is a a nice shot as sun comes up but facing east on spring garden here and just quiet a as can be through center city. here is the ground clutter. we have speckles showing up on the area radar but not precipitation. we will see there is nothing more than a few high clouds out there it is quiet tranquil, wind is light and it

will be a nice day. bit of moisture to the south we can see heavier thunderstorms on the tip of the bottom edge of the screen there. that should not mess with us at all. it is passing by to the south. we will track a new storm system and that is primarily going to be a mid-atlantic issue which we will discuss as time goes by on the show. seventy-one in philadelphia. fifty-two in mount pocono under that clear sky and temperatures drop readily. we are looking ahead to the nice afternoon. more sun then anything for better part of the daylight hours but eventually clouds do rebill. we are shooting for 85 for an official high and as those cloud rebuild it is sign of things to come, meisha. there will be a new storm system ahead and we will track that as the show goes on. we will take it while we have it. beautiful weather. so gorgeous yesterday. the it sound like another beautiful one today. here's the schuylkill. both ramps from spring garden on to the schuylkill expressway are now open. for those dealing with that trying to get west on the schuylkill, it is still very

early. many just waking up with us. you can see how dark it is outside. a few headlights and taillights. looking at i-95 south just past cottman at that red cone zone you can see around this ben here, plenty of vehicles, already. only at 4:30. we can see plenty of vehicles up there but no slow downs. way too early for that. also we were looking at ben franklin bridge that last great for those coming from new jersey, and of course, we have another ballgame but this time it is not in the evening but in the afternoon at 1:05. looking great for phillies/dodgers game. katie's weather report will be awesome. the mass transit looking great. no major delays. over to you. search for a causes underway after a fire at medical supply facility in montgomery county. that fire broke out at james precision medical components on the 3,000 block of philmont avenue in lower more land. it took fire fighters more than a hour to place that fire under control. no one was injury.

a brief scare at the university of pennsylvania, fire crews responded to the robert shatner center for school of dental medicine after reports of the chemical spill will in the lab. it turns out it was harmless. philadelphia, getting ready for pope's visit of course, coming in september by closing highways and restricting traffic in center city. so-called traffic box you can see right here, shows you where you can drive out but you cannot drive back in while the pope is in town. already in the city, no doubt it will be crowded. that population peeking that final weekend of september for the pope's weekend visit. now, that huge plan, begins to roll out friday september 25th and will run midday on the 28th. there will be that traffic box, broadly including center city fairmount and university city areas. cars will be allowed to leave but not the back in. you have to come back in on foot. ben franklin bridge will close to cars but will be opened to foot traffic. there will be highway hold ups too. seventy-six east from 476 to 95. seventy-six west from 95 to u.s. route one. route one closed both ways from u.s. 30 to belmont and 676 both ways from 76 to 295 i know this sound overwhelming but the mayor says it can be done. >> philadelphia is the can do city and we can to and we will

filed as early as today begins pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane. risa vet try furhman has been conducting an investigation into kane since april. a grand jury conclude that had kane lied in testimony and that she tried to cover up leaking secret information to the newspaper to embarras a political rival. jury recommended charges of perjury, criminal intent, obstruction of justice. bill cosby will facialgation from his one of his accusers on october 9th. judge ordered cosby to give a sworn deposition in a lawsuit alleging that he sexually abused judy huff at the playboy mansion in 1974. she was just 15 years old at the the time. huff will be deposed october 15th. she's among dozens of woman who claimed that she was assaulted by cosby after he gave her drugs decade ago. family of the missing delaware county boy is expecting word from the medical examiner later on

today and will confirm if the body found in darby creek yesterday afternoon is indeed that of a missing 11 year-old boy. laquan lattimore was last seen monday riding his bike near darby creek in folcroft. family members have been posting pictures and searching the area ever since. late yesterday authorities discovered a body in darby creek just a few miles from the 11 years old's home. family and friend watched anxiously near the creek waiting for some kind of an answer. >> $1,500 reward out as of to day for my nephew. >> family members tell "eyewitness news" their search will continue until that body is identified by delaware county medical examiner. a man killed in the shoot-out with police at a movie theater near nashville is said to have significant psychological issues. gunshots could be heard from the theater yesterday afternoon. police say that the vincent montano wearing a surgical

and dry and it sound like you have more good news. >> another thumbs up kind of a day, meisha, yes looking good here. we will start off on the very quiet note here in the delaware valley american anything we are looking at nice clear sky out there and beautiful view overlooking center city far in the distance from palmyra cove nature park. one of my favorite cameras here because it is, so pretty. especially with a clear sky it can make beautiful views and this is exceptionally nice this morning under that clear sky. looking at storm scan it is quiet as you might expect here, high pressure hanging on for the at least next i would say 12 hours. we will see low pressure, we will show that to you a moment ago at the top of the show there and starts to head our way. enjoy today. most of the day will feature more sun then anything. we will see dew point not your air temperature but it does measure amount of moisture contend in the air lower it is, dryer it is, and when we have dew points below 65 a across the boa
