northbound at creek road approaching 295, there is an incident happening here. you can see crews already on the site. we have right lane and it looks like left lane completely block but then this center lane is some how getting by. what will happies you will see major gaper delays here. we are backing it up all the way up as a sea of headlights. we will see a few headlights passing through the 5:00 o'clock hour. you know this is causing major delays again for those coming out of new jersey, just make note of this, even right now, i had hate to say this but give yourself a couple extra minutes on this particular stretch. every where else i'm looking around the map is looking good as you can see all speed sensor area are exactly where they should be, everyone traveling around at 55 miles an hour, within more thing we have a phillies verse dodgers game today at the 1:05. mass transit looking great no delays over at the airport. back over to you. new you this morning, a spill at the university of pennsylvania turns out to be nothing dangerous.

fire crews responded to the robert shatner center for school of dental medicine. a cleaning crew found a clear liquid on the floor. everyone is okay. also new this morning investigators are looking for the cause of the fire at a medical supply facility in montgomery county. the fire broke out last night the at the the jade precision medical components on the 3,000 block of philmont avenue in lower more land. it took fire fighters more than an hour to place that fire under control no one was injury. 5:03. going to see pope francis in philadelphia next month? if so, don't drive. officials unveiled this map showing the part of the town where cars can go, but cannot come back that weekend. general kathleen kane. montgomery county district attorney risa vet try furhman has been conducting an investigation into kane since april. grand jury conclude that had kane lied in testimony and that she tried to cover up leaking secret information to embarras a political rival. jury recommended charges of perjury, criminal intent, obstruction of justice and official oppression. developing right now, an 11 year-old delaware county boy has been now missing without a trace for three days. the his family, still holding out hope for the best but may now be preparing for the the worst. laquan lattimore was last seen monday, riding his bike near darby creek in folcroft. family members have been posting pictures and searching the area ever since. late yesterday authorities discovered body in darby creek just a few miles from the 11 year-old's home. family and friend waiting for identification, say that they will continue to search until the official word comes. >> a $1,500 reward out, as of

about the man who stormed a movie theater wednesday armed with the bullet gun and hatchet before being shot dead by police. shooting comes a week after a gunman opened fire in a movie theater in lafayette louisiana killing two people. cbs news correspondent brian web has the very latest. >> reporter: vincent david montano had been arrested once, more than a decade ago, before his attack on movie goers in apartment ioch. >> this individual had an arrest in 2004 for assault and resisting arrest. >> reporter: officials say the 29 year-old had a history of significant psychiatric issues for which he was committed four times. in a missing persons report filed just three days ago montano's mother told police her son was a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic. on wednesday, montano turn up here during an afternoon showing of the film mad max: fury road armed with a pellet gun and hatchet. police say montano haddon a

what was supposed to be routine bus ride home turns into chaos when gunfire rings out. two female student inside the school bus were shot, that shooting in jacksonville, florida happened in may, but authorities just released the

surveillance video. police say that the suspect, a 16 year-old was looking to fight two boys on the bus. that suspect now face is a tempted murder charges. over to milwaukee now, eyewitness captured dramatic moments right here after a car slammed into an apartment building and then burst into flames. car destroyed at least two apartments inside that building. three people were injured but they are expect to be okay. >> it was so much stuff spraying outside the car, like it all caught fire like when we walk up on the car, literally just blew up almost. >> two people were arrested. milwaukee police are looking into reports that the car was drag racing just before that crash. 5:15 right now, and a massive storm is closing in on tie one this morning. the the view from space shows super typhoon, split is, is already the strongest tropical cyclone on earth with wind speeds at nearly 180 miles an hour. we are getting first look at

the devastation that storm left behind. it crossed the u.s. territory of the northern mariano island sunday knocking out power and water. that storm was a strength of the category four hurricane and it is now expect to dump up to 2 feet of rain on taiwan. 5:16. let get to our forecast and we are waiting for that rain tomorrow, right, katie. >> we are, and that will be a storm system that moves in late tonight,er contact we will touch on that in a second. we will start off with it taking out to just outside of the taiwan area. this is a measurement looking at the u.s. category. this is basically category two hurricane that is moving westbound right now and it is as we mentioned expected to cross right over taiwan. current wind speed are at 105 miles an hour, that is sustained wind. as this rolls closer and close tore taiwan it will get worse and worse as we expect this will even strengthen, just as

a it is making land fall. that is going to be a major situation with flooding, and storm surge for taiwan and it does at least weaken but it is going to be moving to the eastern shores of china let's bring it back stateside. we will look at our forecast. there is a cluster of thunderstorms well off to the it some that will stay to the south. but if that is where your travels take you don't be surprised if you do see damp road. here's the next system that has our attention. it will be a storm that blossoms, gather moisture and migrate east. as it does so it primarily is a mid-atlantic concern. while i do think we will see a shower from philadelphia on south we might see some steady rain out of this, the track is very much going to just split our region in two. you can probably draw a line through bucks county off to the west and east and all point north of that don't worry about that we will end up with cloud. but from philly on south we will even up with some rain. meanwhile the health report is not terrible, the pollen

it is afternoon baseball today in south philadelphia with the phillies wrapping up with the dodgers. game time 1:05. last night, same as tuesday night an ovation for jimmy rollins who led off the game for l.a. he had two walks. dodgers went ahead in the very first inning on the three run home run by puig, the the phillies made a game of it, but lost four hospital three. we could see chase utley at the ballpark. he is expected to rejoin the phillies after his rehab stint in reading. it is in the clear if the chase will be activated by the dodgers game. he got three hits last night. he has been rehabbing an ankle injury. the former owner of the los angeles clippers, donald sterling, he has filed for divorce from his wife, shelley. two co owned the clippers until last year, when sterling came under fire for making
