the scene, i was having a conversation with a very heart broken grand mother, is she was there to finds answers about her grandson, police have not released the name. she confirmed in a photo shared on social media, this was her grandson 10 tonight that shooting victim, 16-year-old corey. 6:45 medics were called to the 6300 block of readman street for a reported nose bleed. he was then find re found that the 16-year-old victim had suffered a gunshot to the head. pronounced by 7:30. emotion took hold over the block, hard to watch just as difficult do listen to. corey was hanging out with his cousin and family, playing basketball. has she no idea how this happened. one of his first evenings back in town. >> just like three days ago. he was there for the whole summer. came home a couple days ago to see the rest of his family to

surveillance video has been -- smashed his suv into a car dealership in arlington. christian james taylor was shot dead by a rookie police officer not long after they arrived on the scene. taylor was unarmed, surveillance also shows taylor allegedly damaging cars in the parking lot. 49 brad miller still in training but placed in administrative leave pending the overcome of this investigation. taylor father says regardless of what his son was doing, he did not deserve to be shot. a man has been charged now with capital murder after eight people found murdered inside a houston area home. victims include two adults and six children. cbs news correspondent brian webb has more. >> reporter: 48-year-old david conley surrendered after an hour long stand-off. authorities say he broke into his former home, handcuffed and shot six children and two adults in the head, including his former partner, valerie jackson. >> mass killings and the taking

afternoon, as the cold front approaches, tuesday, to late monday through tuesday, widespread showers around maybe few thunderstorms. really any time during the day tuesday, you could be dealing with wet weather, no the an all-day washth, keep that in mind, you may needs to cancel any plans you have outdoors. once that passes back to full sunshine on wednesday, middle of the week looks great, low humidity torts warm side mid 80's, rain chances, 30 percent chance on monday, so again, key word here is scattered. boost it up to 80 on tuesday. that's going to be the wetist day of the week, even friday looking at a dry forecast returning. storm threats coming in monday night especially overnight into tuesday. high chance for downpours, obviously we're going to be seeing heavy rain from any of the showers and storms that do develop when moderate threat as well as the lightening, hail and tornados will be a low threat. that's good news there, just watch out localized downpours late monday into tuesday. not in touch happening tomorrow
