justin, good morning. >> reporter: no word on a motive or even perhaps the the shooter in this case, however, detectives have been talking to victims overnight in hopes of tracking down a trigger man. we know police say two dozen shots were fired in the area of the 1800 block of south 30th street in point breeze where two male victims were wounded, their age 20, and 22 years old. that 22-year old hit in both of the legs. twenty year-old hit in the foot and lower back. this all happen in the front porch of the home police say just after 11:30 last night. there were a slew of bullet that came their way and they ran inside to safety. they were not home alone though, police say two women inside the house narrowly escaped bullets, lets listen. >> 22-year old victim, 29 year-old sister, was stack at the front door talking to both victims when shots rang out. one of the bullets actually entered the front living room

window of the property, just missing, this 29 year-old female by several feet and she's very lucky as she's also six months pregnant. there was also a 22-year old female asleep on the living room couch. she was also barely hit by the bullet. >> detectives are now talking to a third man who had a gunshot to the hip. he was hit near 19th and tasker street. police are working to lift his case to the double shoot to go that double shooting we just told you about. police say they have surveillance video that may help them solve this case or track down a suspect. those two men were driven by private car to the hospital and at last check they are in stable condition. we are live from south detectives i'm justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> justin, thank you. more vial tones report overnight a shooting in east germantown has left two men

critically injured. police say gunfire erupted on the 5500 block of cloudston street. an 18 year-old woman was injured and she's in stable condition. twenty-five shots were fired from two separate guns. it is unclear what start that had gunfire. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane will hold a news conference in harrisburg this afternoon. for the the first time she plans to publishly respond to criminal charges against her. she denied leaking secret grand jury information to embarras a critic and then lying bit under oath. kane's driver patrick reese pleaded not guilty to allegedly accessing private grand jury information for kane. now that news conference is scheduled for 1:00, we will bring it to you live on our web site at cbs philly.com. erika. nicole another septa lottery important pope's visit has begun this lot theory is for three day passes for norristown high speed line and trolley routes 101 and 102. the those passes are for saturday, september 26th

shot 19 year-old christian take already multiple times at a car dealership last week during a burglary call. he was fired from the arlington police force yesterday after cities police chief says miller exercised poor judgment and should not have approached taylor alone. it will be up to the grand jury to decide if miller's actions were legal. for the first time in five nights the protest end peacefully in ferguson, missouri. officials released video yesterday they say shows 18 year-old tyrone harris grabbing a gun before being shot by police on monday. it happened during protest marking one year anniversary of michael brown's death. harris is now in critical condition. authorities say he fired at police, a claim that is corroborated by a witness. in campaign 2016, a new routers poll, first since last weeks debate shows donald trump still in the lead at 24 percent. former florida governor jeb bush is second the 12 percent,

this happened in central falls. the police officer saw the road open up and rushed to help that truck's driver. crews will be back out today working to repair that roadway and get water services turned back on for residents. another sinkhole to tell but in colorado springs, and officials say it is still growing. severe storms cause that had road to open up, and new experts say the hole has gotten 15 feet deeper since monday night. and now it is expected to take about three weeks to repair that roadway, whether, of course, causing all sorts of headaches on the roadway, thankfully, that is not the case here at home, katie highs with more on the forecast which is looking pretty good, right katie. >> yeah, absolutely. we are seeing things clear out nicely here in the delaware valley already. skies have done the same and with our latest frontal boundary right over my shoulder now clearly out over the opened ocean water, things will get better from here. there is one little caveat we have to discuss and that is the fact that there is cooler air moving in. so with that you may end up

well, the phillies wrap up their series with the diamond backs this afternoon in arizona, aaron nola gets the start for phillies. phillies got a scare last night when rookie sensation miguel franco was hit on the wrist by a pitch. it did not look good. x-rays were negative. doctors say it is a bruce but you can see it went down hard there. rest of the game, in the so great, d backs scored 11 runs in the second inning and went to a 13-one win. phillies lost two straight at this point. lets get ready for football. eagles kick off preseason schedule with the colts at the link this sunday at noon. this will be first game for the revamped secondary. gone are carry williams, brandon boykin and bradley
