detectives did speak to two victims and also two witnesses both women, those witnesses saw and they are shaken up, because as you mentioned police say she's six months pregnant. >> a search for a shooter overnight in point breeze. philadelphia police, spread over the the 1800 block of south 30th street, looking for ways to help lock down whoever opened fire on the neighborhood block. two minaj 20 and 22 were hit as they sat on the front porch of the house or where the 22-year old lives. >> at least 24 shots rang out. the those victims then ran inside the house, we know 24 shots were fired at least because we found 24 spent shell casings. >> reporter: both were struck. the the 20 year-old in each of his legs, the two-year old in his foot and lower back. they managed to escape but barely beat the bullets. two with men inside the home came close to being victims themselves. >> victims the 22-year old victim's 29 year-old sister was standing at the front

door, talking to both victims when the shots rang out, and one of the bullets actually entered, the front living room window of the property, just missing, this 29 year-old female, by several feet and she's very lucky as she is also six months pregnant. >> reporter: a second woman asleep on the couch was missed by a bullet that blew through the front window. >> we could easily have two additional victims report report there is one more victim police are talking to this morning a man says he was shot in the area of 19th and tasker street about the time those other two men were shot. police were working to link that case to the first case here, those two men from 30th and more more were driven to the hospital by private car and they are in stable condition at last check. we also know police say that there are surveillance cameras in the area of 30th and more more not too far from the shooting, so they may have a glimpse of the suspect or perhaps this crime in progress. we are live from south

detectives i'm justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". also new this morning a shooting in east germantown leaves two men critically injured. police say gunfire erupted on the 5500 block of crowson street around 1:00 this morning. an 18 year-old woman was also injured and she's in stable condition. police say evidence shows 25 shots were fired from two separate guns. it is unclear right now what started the gun fire. it is 6:06. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane plans to respond to criminal charges when she hold is a a a news conference in harrisburg this afternoon. prosecutors say kane leak secret grand jury fur to embarras a critic and then lied bit under oath. yesterday kane's driver patrick reese pleaded in the guilty in an alleged e-mail snooping scheme to keep tabs on the grand jury investigation. well, kane has scheduled her news conference for 1:00 this afternoon. of course we will carry it on our web site at cbs

philly.com. burlington county bridge commission votes on a proposed toll increase on the tacony palmyra and burlington bristol bridges. currently toll is $2 per car f a proposed hike passes drivers will see that fee double to $4. e-z pass will see their toll rise to $3 this would be the first increase in 15 years. the extra money will fund a 110 million-dollar improvement plan, erika. nicole, right now 6:07. second septa lottery related to the pope's visit is now underway. this lottery is for three day passes for norristown high speed line and trolley routes 101 and 102. the those passes are for saturday, september 26th through monday september 28th. we have until 11:59p m tonight to take part. and just like the last lottery the winners will be notified by e-mail. meanwhile philadelphia's fraternal order of police say it members are concerned about deployment during the papal visit. vice-president of the fop says

[ laughter ] imagine watching your car being washed down a road. that happened on monday. home owner took this video of cars being swept away by river of water and mud from severe thunderstorms. up to 2 inches of rain and hail fell in less than an hour, so you can imagine that. a at least one of those cars had a driver, inside. >> my gosh. >> i was very scared for her. we weren't worried about just cars but it was scary watching her floating down the street in her car. >> it was hailing real hard and we noticed the water rising quickly and it was sidewalk to sidewalk and bringing all kind of debris down. >> fortunately that driver made it out okay so that is good news. more rain is expect there over the next few days.

that is what you want in order to rip tops off of these tropical system, turning the wind with height, and that will rip the tops off of these systems and that will steer ate way more than anything but with that said on the northern branch of these storms is typically where you will end up with this kind of a track with the heavier surf, rainfall as well, so they will still get impact but not a direct hit as it stand right now. storm scan here back on our side of the coast, well, basically emptying out. you can see frontal boundary brought in that rain from the time lapse, it is clearing out of here leaving behind a really cool not erie but a very cool, foggy beginning to the morning for us here in kutztown area middle school, clear as can be at the moment. it will not stay this clear. we will see a few more clouds building in with time as a result of cooler air moving in that will help it feel less humid here today. we will call it partly sunny more than anything but i have

baltimore city police officer is under investigation after a photo shows him pulling his gun out on a crowd of people at a dirt bike rally. the photo, right here captured by a freelance photographer is going viral. the officers were called to the scene to break up a crowd of hundreds of people were watching the dirt bike riders. eyewitnesses say officer drew his gun after someone threw a black bottle near them. >> did any of the other officers pulled out a gun. >> no, in the picture you can see an officer looking at him. it seemed like they had word, and it seemed that she told him to put it away, that was

welcome back. new this morning police are searching for shooter who opened fire in point breeze. >> flying bullets hit three men and just missed two others including a pregnant woman. "eyewitness news" reportser justin finch is live outside south detectives with the very ratees, justin. >> reporter: police are looking to surveillance video as well as victim and witness accounts to track down shooter. police say two dozen shots were fired on the 1800 block of south 30th street just after 11:30 last night where two men were hit on the front porch, both men in their 20's and police say inside that home two women missed those bullets by near feet. one of those women is six months pregnant. those men were driven to the hospital by a private car, and detectives say that another man was shot in the area of
