this is a busier stretch, monday through friday, every single day and we will see it heat up in the 5:00 o'clock hour. we are looking good there as well. erika, back over to you. police in upper darby are searching for clues in the early morning shooting. a person was found with the at least one gunshot wound, it happened around 1:30 near powell lane and harrison avenue. police are after shell casings, or other things left behind by the gun man. they are also checking for possible eyewitnesses or surveillance cameras in that neighborhood. officers in burlington county, new jersey are investigating a deadly pedestrian accident. authorities say that four children walking on the side of the budd town road, in southampton last night were hit by a car. police say one of the victims died, another is in critical, and two others are in serious condition. the driver did remain at the scene. and kennedy health systems says a patient under going treatment does not suffer from ebola a. kennedy university hospital,

in stratford, is treating a gloucester township woman who recently travel to western africa. the hospital calls it the a travel related illness. the evaluation is continuing as they keep her in isolation as a precaution. former pitch man for subway sandwiches is expected to plead guilty to child porn charges. jared fogle will plead guilty to charges related to child pornography. jared became famous for losing weight by eating subway sandwiches. authorities raided his home seizing several computers and dvd's. subway cut ties with jared shortly after that raid and sent this out yesterday, a tweet they sent out. quote we no longer have a relationship with jared and we have no further comment. also happening today a preliminary hearing for tameika mason, "eyewitness news" was there when the 27 year old turn herself in last month for a, fatal hit and run of the four year-old boy.

police say that lah teave wilson ran in the street in kingsessing and was struck by a car in april. mason faces charges of homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and related offenses. a wilmington man is under arrest this morning, in connection with the shooting that left a ten year-old boy in critical condition. community members, gathered last night to pray for his recovery. critical but stable condition, at ai du pont children's hospital. in wilmington, delaware i'm diana rocco for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". the teenage daughter of the rosie o'donnell has been found safe in our area chelsea o'donnell was found around 7:00 last tonight in barnegat township ocean county. on the web site rosie o'donnell tweeted quote thank you for all of your help and light. spokeswoman for o'donnell said chelsea ran away from home and last seen by her family on august 11th. o'donnell says chelsea stopped taking medication for an undisclosed mental illness. that e-mail claiming did you not pay your e-z pass tolls may not be from e-z pass after all. fbi is investigating a a pfishing scam targeting millions of customers claiming they have unpaid tolls. e-mails ask customers for credit card information, some also ask for your social security number. e-z pass says that is not how they work. >> is there a toll violation, they will mail you the

warmth and humidity for our area. look at the the size of this storm. it has developed into a well organized system bringing with it some very nasty thunderstorms, as well as severe thunderstorms along this portion of the central united states. and, i don't necessarily think that we will be dealing necessarily with too much in the way of severe weather just because of the timing more than anything but we are in the middle of a stormy pattern here. today, the scattered showers and thunderstorms is the story. by tomorrow this cold front is finally moving in starting with clouds, eventually more widespread showers and storms but heavier rain will come thursday night into friday. we will have lost the the heating of the day with the sunshine. that is why severe weather may not be as much of a concern, but certainly heavy rain, flooding downpours, that kind of a thing i cannot rule that out. we have too much to work w still steamy, high of 88 degrees. we will drop down to 75 at night, still very muggy outside, watching our cold front make its arrival here for thursday and friday,

things are looking good. we have construction project, this is one of the area we did have and it is clear. construction i-95 northbound at girard, all cleared upright now moving in the southbound direction, let me get out of your way here. this is where we see it pick up at 5:00 and we are seeing plenty of taillights but construction has cleared. not that will cause too much problems in the north bound direction but be aware of it. this is where we have a disable reek will city avenue southbound on ramp to the schuylkill eastbound pull out to the shoulder, again, not causing too many slow downs but as we progress in the five and 6:00 o'clock hour, we might see that. here's ben franklin bridge for those coming over to new jersey and center city, beautiful shotty like to show before the sun gets up because of the lights. looking good anywhere you travel this morning. katie, i know we have got some rain brewing in the forecast, is that right. >> we do, it looks like heavier rain coming for us on thursday night into friday but, regardless because we are in the warm sector of the storm system, it will lead to

>> this morning, probably not, meisha. it is still moisture laden air mass we are dealing with right new but your best shot does not start to fire up until we get past a typical morning rush and heading in the afternoon and evening. anything out there should be scattered in nature but we will eventually see a cold front crossing through that will affect us all. we will start off here by getting you outside to storm scan three which at this point you can see a few little speckles looking really closely on the area radar but more than anything, notice motion of the cloud they are moving from the south and that indicates that fact that you have a southerly wind flow not windy today, but rat their wind flow means it is definitely a moisture rich and muggy air mass. over the course of the next couple days pretty obvious where cold front comes through, right, thursday and friday bringing in high chances for precipitation for us. here's where we stan temperature wise a very warm start to the day in at 76 degrees at the airport and even though we
