another day, of the latest heat wave and today we are tracking storms. meteorologist kate bilo is live on the cbs-3 sky deck with the very latest on this, kate. >> jessica, today was supposed to be cooler thanks to the cloud cover but enough sun got in this afternoon that it did push us above 90-degree mark. now a five day heat wave. second longest heat wave of the year. temps back in the 80's now and storm stretch has begun. lets look at storm scan three, what we are looking at as we sweep the a area, line of storms along the new jersey, pennsylvania border. these are mainly missing center city philadelphia, south philadelphia where the phillies game tonight but they are originate nothing northeast philadelphia and tracking through bucks county. heavier rain last clipped to the north of that area, but as we zoom in another cell has developed over southeastern, montgomery county right around glenside area and this region still under a flash flood warning, as we go through the the next couple of hours. that goes until 7:30 from buckingham, bucks county and wyndmoor and abington an

indication that flooding is ongoing and with showers moving through that could lead to the threat for additional flash flooding on the roads. please be safe in that area tonight. scattered showers and storms until 9:00 p.m. mostly cloudy overnight. coming up i will tell but more storms for tomorrow and then gannon friday and let you know if this will impact weekend plans you may have coming up when i join you inside. >> a counselor and swim coach is charged with sending explicit photos and hundreds of text and e-mails to the student. she even promised to help him get into college. all of it an alleged attempt to have a sexual relationship with him. you end of story. i am 16, and not into you. to a 16 year-old college is the the end game. >> the the quiet unspoken message there is if you don't go along with this you are not going to get in your dream school. >> reporter: before at rest, 40 year-old emily feeney served as a swim coach and college acceptance counselor at all boys malvern prep try school. prosecutors say from april 2014 until january of this year she aggressively persued a 16 year-old student athlete, even when he did not want sexual texts or e-mails. they site this message from feeney to the boy quote if you just stop fighting and let it happen, you would be less uptight and much happier. chester county district attorney tom hogan adds that feeney sent nude photos and the teen has no part. >> we have text, e-mail saying i'm only 16. i'm not interested in this. please don't do this. >> reporter: at that point what does she say? how does she respond.

>> her response is to actually up the pressure. her response is to use her position as director of college counseling and say if you consent to this, if you go into this elicit relationship with you, i will get new to harvard. >> reporter: investigators say the only physical contact that the two had was a kiss, but still hogan add in a school setting the charge is institutional sexual assault has more to do with power, then sex. the d.a. added that the school did help with this investigation, and has participated all along. reporting live from chester county, alexandria hoff for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a walk home from the park end tragically for a family in southampton, new jersey. two-year old was killed and three others critically injured when a car hit them on budd town road last night. children were heading down the middle of the road. they have just left this parkas you mentioned last night and were just walking down, to get back home, about a quarter mile away. youngest in fact a two-year old boy was being pulled by his 18 year-old sister in a wagon when police say a man driving his bmw simply didn't see him. alcohol was not a factor, neither was speed but he still plowed into the four and then killed that young boy. a at first neighbors cheryl o'neill thought she had heard thunder. >> we heard a loud thud. >> reporter: it turned out to be something much worse. >> we came running are up, called 911, in the process of riding up here and they were just, children every where. >> reporter: outside her home on budd town road new jersey state police say a man driving a bmw had plowed into four children, two brothers their sister and their cousin. o'neill tried to save, john child martinez but it was too late. >> i went to the younger child. i felt for a pulse, which i

rain, abington, upper more land, back to the west near white marsh township and wyndmoor. further north up toward lehigh valley we are seeing rain. thinks pushing in bethlehem right along 378, across 22, which is very bus think time of the day. so that could slow you down if you have friend, family, wait for someone to come home on their evening commute in the lehigh valley they may be sled down for that. more storms off to the west, we are not done by a long shot, showers and thunderstorms will continue throughout the theay tomorrow and friday. still a warm 89 degrees in philadelphia. by the way, we have briefly to 92 today. meaning heat wave is not over just yet, now a a five day heat wave, second longest of the year. what is ahead? scattered thunderstorms throughout the evening. heavy thunderstorm tomorrow, downpours and threat for flash flooding, localized flash flooding, rain early friday. good news we will clear it out for weekend as we thank the a arrival of the front bringing in warm, moist air, showers and storms, anytime, thursday night into friday morning

>> it is a big surprise because, just yesterday, reuben amaro said chase utley would not be traded and now he is heading west. multiple sources reporting chase utley has been traded to the dodgers. both teams have yet to confirm the team. the utley and 2 million heading to l.a. for two minor league prospects. chase did come out and take part in the team warm up and batting practice. we talked to his teammates about his possible departure. >> i cannot really mean what he has meant so far in my career. he has guided me through everything, that i have experienced. >> it is going to be strange. you always want to be in a position to go win ballgames, and especially for somebody like chase who puts in the work every single day. you want them to go and pursue an opportunity to win. >> to football eagles/ravens held their first of three
