he went back to look at the video, it happened so fast, you pause on it, just incredible video. >> scary. something else really consider i, hurricanes, we had one that's forming snow. >> that's right. so officially at 11:00 a.m. this morning, the latest national hurricane isn't err advisory has proclaimed our first hurricane of the atlantic season, hurricane danny. so we are off to the races. of course we keep an eye on that shall very much in the eastern seaboard, we get atlantic named storm. take a look at this, you can see this one form, traditionally like we usually see them form. starts off the coast of africa. kind of gets its act together, makes its way across, now it has made it to hurricane status. so, this is danny. you can see it right here. we have it highlighted here for you. this is the one we are keeping an eye on. it is now at 75-mile per hour sustained winds, gusts up to 90 miles per hour, moving rather slow there, just at 12 miles per hour, see the pressure dropped below the 1,000 mark there at 992. so this is the projected path, heading toward the lesser antilles islands, as we head into the latter part of the
12:20 pm
weekends. so if you're headed on caribbean vacation saturday or sunday, definitely keep an eye on this, certainly we will all keep an eye on it, see how it develops. warm water out there, certainly can gain little strength. head closer to home. and we can take a look at storm scan3, casino of froze then for you, so you can see, few pop up showers rolling through, bigger ones on the way, as you can see, rolling right through harrisburg, as we speak. kind of tracking to the north and the east. this is the stormy weather ahead of the cold front. if i zoom out further you can get idea where the cold front s you can see that is where the line every storms is right ahead of the front. so all of that is going to be tracking toward philadelphia. and that's why we're looking out for some very stormy weather, as we head into our afternoon and evening. now, it has been muggy out there, too. the feels like temperatures. temperatures combining with the dew points feels like 90 in philadelphia, 91 in wilmington, our actual temperatures, a little lower than that, we did spike up to 88 about half hour ago, in philadelphia, but now, about 87 degrees, and as you can
12:21 pm
see, we zoom in little closer here doylestown, little cooler at 80. eighty-three willow grove. eight a pottstown. so here's our cold front. it is a slow mover. we wanted to get through here, so we can get rid of the stormy weather, get rid of the humidity. it will start to happen. won't be until the latter part of friday evening, finally pushes off shore. can see lingering storms friday morning. then we get high pressure in saturday, then the lower humidity, and things will be feeling a lot nicer. in fact, take a look at this, talking about humidity, how it feels, well, big difference, between today, when we are up at oppressive, down to saturday, when talking about almost pleasant. so let's track this forward for you, hour by hour, just show this is 6:00. some of these storms are starting to roll through the heavier ones in the afternoon, and evening, 10:00 p.m., we get to the overnight hours, start to clear out, as we get into friday. rain ability, could see spots upward two, 3 inches as we look at the models here. so, it is going to be bit of rough ride this evening, and this afternoon. so muggy with clouds scattered thunderstorms our high, i think we already hit it today.
12:22 pm
88 degrees, as we get into this evening, again, we have to look out for the thunderstorms, 72, as our overnight low. and i think that's when the heavier rain will be coming in. but there is better part to the forecast, as we head toward the weekend, humidity dropping down, temperatures are quite nice, little below average, even for saturday. then we heat up again getting into monday. >> we don't have to get that, yet, kyla. >> we will deal with the rest of it down the line. >> we'll be back with more right after this. here at humana, we value sticking with things. when something works, people stick with it. more people stick with humana medicare advantage. because we stick with them. humana medicare advantage. the plan people stick with.
