the camden county prosecutor office to hole their own accountable. and they proved us right. >> civil rights leaders plan to ask the justice department to investigate this. the cumberland county prosecutor removed herself from the investigation, because she new one of the officers. coast guards rescue at sea caught on camera. 34 year old manna board commercial fishing boat suffered a puncture wound, 35 miles off the coast of fenwick island delaware. first coast guard cutter arrived to help. well then chopper from atlantic city was brought in, and the man hoisted aboard. the injured man was taken to atlantic care regional medical center where he was treated. happening today, graduation for the first two women to pass the army's elite and grueling ranger school in for the pending, george a captain kristin, and first lieutenant shaye, will be allow to wear that on their uniform, will not be allowed to is her in combat. that could change though.

the weather err, that's clearing out thank goodness, so let's go ahead, start things off by taking you outside. what's up with storm scan3, still tracking frontal boundary. frontal boundary starting to make its full retreat. we did have very heavy rain that continue across portions of new jersey the last few hours, still few flood advisories, still flashflood warnings posted specific to cape may county. we are clearing out. that's definitely some good news. let's touch quickly on the tropics. hurricane danny, out there right now, just spinning away in the open waters of the atlantic. so because it is so far away, we are still days away from knowing whether this is going to actually end up being any kind of us concern. but, let me show you where the most up-to-date track takes this. so, it is currently a category one hurricane. it does have dry dusty air to contend with as well as eventually stronger winds shear. but that said, it is still got enough um. if it likely maintains tropical storm status. by early next week, we may see this be crossing right over, say, saint john or st. lucia.

just look at this shot 20 minute ago, really maintaining steady as we push now into our 5:00 hour. we will see levels change in the ben franklin bridge, but friday will be pretty good day overall. 202 southbound at route 252, see just few early risers out there, headlight, tail light, looking good anywhere you travel on 202. ninety-five southbound cottman, you can see coming into center city looking pretty good. looking real nice actually in the red cone zone. coming in there, we had some construction northbound lanes of 95, but looking great there. mass transit you can see, 20 minute delays, because of signal power, she is on these four lines. so for those every out having to take the mass transit you can see that as your checklist, looking pretty great there. chris brown concert tonight, 7:00 p.m., susquehanna bank center for those every you still following him. also the eagles versus ravens, 7:00 p.m. tomorrow. our second pre-season game. i went to the first one, had a ball. i'm sure the one is going to be just spectacular again tomorrow. my fink remembers certainly crossed. ladies, over to you. >> meisha, thank you so much. >> we want to check in right

now with our justin finch. he's out for us collecting report for us this morning. justin, where are you at right now? >> reporter: erika, good morning, talking about the dangers of high water here, when the rain comes down, as quickly as it k we saw that earlier this morning, the rain has since slack up now. but we do know of at least two people who were spared the dangers every rising flood water. let's take you now to the video from earlier. this happened in the area of west high street and college drive here in montgomery county, in the pottstown area. we had two cars here stall in high water. a woman was able to escape here, and leave in a separate vehicle. she even had to ditch her car in the middle of the road, a male driver though he was stuck, he was in much deeper trouble. he required rescue from the north end fire company. that's we are right here. as you might imagine, he was quite happy when help did

including briefly nearby staple center where shanae's twaine was performing. the cause is under investigation. >> also, three people are injured after a gas line explosion in new york city. this happened during construction at a high school in the bronx last night. police say crews were working on a gas line when the explosion occurred. those injuries are said to be not life threatening. >> lightning is being blamed for spark ago massive fire at texas oil refinery. take a look here at some video we have. it happened in galveston, texas, residents forced to flee, forced for house because of the blaze. authority say the same wet their caused the fire helped fight it. heavy rains helped keep the flames from damaging nearby homes. >> a group of florida treasure hunters gets very lucky when they make a big discovery underwater worth millions. it all started in the 1700s when violent storms sang a fleet of spanish ships, and scattered hundreds every gold coins, all along the florida coast. well, now exactly 300 years
