>> the petition filed in california's superior court claims dean owes $8700 in back child support and hasn't paid in nearly five months. tori said they live paycheck to paycheck. is there any chance they can't afford it? >> they still have a great lifestyle. i think when you move from a 6,000 square foot house to a 4,000 square foot house, that's not a big drastic, you know, difference in your lifestyle. it's a way bigger difference when you can't afford your rent and food, stuff like that. how often do you see tori and dean? >> not that often. not that often. never. >> dean cheated on mary jo with tori and they divorced. last year, dean admitted he was unfaithful to spelling too. some of the drama played out on true tori. >> so many people came out, it's so great. it's karma. isn't that a fantastic feeling?

i was like, no. it's actually really horrible. >> this week, josh duggar has confessed to cheating his wife. we know that dean has gone for rehab for sex addiction. how do you deal? how do you cope with husbands that can't stay faithful? >> to be cheated on is such a horrible betrayal. it's really a horrible betrayal for anybody to get over. >> if you had to get advice for anna duggar? >> i think it would be difficult to stay in a marriage with infidelity. people do, but it certainly, if it happens once, chances are it's going to happen again. >> we reached out to dean for comment. he has not responded. meanwhile, tori has been on vacation posting these photos of the kids, but the most important reason was her new book about living gluten free. >> i went gluten free for a specific reason. my daughter got an auto immune disease called alopecia. i couldn't control it. it was falling out no matter what i did.

initially, i had a total nervous breakdown but you can work through it. that was the inspiration for the book. >> mary jo's book, "scared wheatless," available october 23rd.
