traffic center good morning, tgif. we all made t wouldn't even matter if it was 2:00 a.m. right now because it is friday, right? just nothing matters, everything goes. traffic, i'm going to have you dates in a second. but kyla, how are we looking outside. >> more like how am i feeling outside? i feel chill in the air this morning, i have to say, first time out here, that i walked out and went eww, little chilly. not complaining. it will be lovely day today. but you might feel that, too, when you walk out the door. in fact, let's take a look at the current temperatures right now, 64 degrees in philadelphia, look at mount pocono, 49, i have not seen that, since i've gotten here 40's there in the morning, about 57 atlantic city. so all starting offer very mild, a little bit after fresh kick in the air. we've got storm scan3 looking fantastic yet again today. expecting blue skies, and as you can see, it is just looking great. nice and clear, all along that eastern seaboard. all up and down the i95 corridor. we are going to see temperatures start to change, though, so this will be the last day that we will see that at or below average

causing too many slow downs right now, because it is so early, but until they get the red cone zones out of the way, as we continue to pick up volume in the 5:00 hour there is could certainly cause some slow downs, but right now, you are doing okay. while they are still in place. shear look at 422 at oaks, as you are moving into the king of prussia area. look at this. no one is awake. no one is up. still camera. everyone traveling at posted speeds there. here is a look at the roosevelt boulevard as you approach the schuylkill. you can see, volume slowly starting to pick up here just little bit. again, everyone still traveling around at posted speeds. now, this is where we do have first accident of the morning in northeast, overturned vehicle, academy road closed adam at this road for those of in you that area. nicole, over to you. >> meisha, thank you. >> new this morning, police are on manhunt after a carjacking and crash in south philadelphia. police say it all began with a traffic stop overnight involving this mustang at 19th and camac street. now, instead of cooperating police say that driver took off and then crashed. with police right behind him, the suspect then carjacked

this nissan with two women inside. a short distance later the suspect abandoned the car and took off on foot. the women were not injured. police say they know who they are looking for, after finding a prison issued i.d. card at the scene. that gives it away. that's for sure. authorities are investigating a crash on route 206 in burlington county, that claimed two lives. chopper three over the scene in southampton here. police say a car heading southbound near garden street struck a pedestrian and then overturned. the pedestrian and passenger in the car were killed. the driver was returned to cooper university hospital. there is no word on the identities of those involved in the crash. >> a brazen jewelry store heist caught on camera in hamilton mercer county. the video shows two mask bandits breaking into trent jewelers through side glass window wednesday morning. now, once inside the quaker bridge road store, they smashed several displays there, and stole several thousands of dollars in jewelry. they got away in a dark colored four door vehicle parked across the street from that store. so, if you can identify the

suspect, you see here in this video, you are asked it call police. >> and we are now less than a month away from pope francis' arrival in philadelphia, quickly approaching. if you want to see the pope in person but our little worried about getting there, don't worry. there are still plenty of septa passes available. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live for us along the ben franklin parkway with more on that part of the story. justin? >> reporter: nicole, good morning. by septa's count there are still more than 100,000 papal passes for sale for that regional rail line. so there are still many chances for those who are on the fence about coming out to the city or to the parkway here, to see the pope in person to just pull the trigger and do it. let's take you now to video. so far, 50,000 passes have sold for september 26th, and 60,000 passes for september 27th. now, the plan was to sell 175,000 regional rail passes for both days for combined total of 350,000. now, that's a sharp turn from earlier this month, when

flanagan's car and recovered a glock pistol, ammunition, briefcase with three license plates, a wig, a black hat, and a to-do list. alison parker's father vowed to fight gun violence. my mission now is i'm going to make, you know, her life better, as it were, and i'm going to do everything i can to try and strengthen gun control laws where crazy people don't get a gun. i mean, this guy, i mean, he was crazy. >> wdbj fired flanagan in 2013 for behavioral issues, he then filed discrimination lawsuit against the station, but it was dismissed. democratic presidential candidate, will address dnc members of the party's annual summer meeting in minneapolis today. one person who won't be in attendance, though, appears to be stealing the spotlight. cbs news correspondent hena daniels with the latest on the

campaign trail from new york. democratic voters will hear from hillary clinton today, at their summer meeting in minneapolis. at a campaign event, in ohio, thursday, she compared her republican rival to terrorists, for their views on women's issues, like abortion. >> extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorist groups, but it is a little hard to take coming from republicans who want to be the president of the united state. >> gop candidate including jeb bush and john kasich comdemn the remarks, and republican national committee quickly called for clinton to apologize for her inflammatory rhetoric. clinton's terrorist remarks commas new quinnipiac university poll shows she may be in trouble. support for the current frontrunner has fallen by ten points in the last month. >> the same pole also shows vice president joe biden doing bet near match up against donald trump then clinton,

>> yes. quiet today but we do have heat coming our way this weekend. things are about to change. but this is the time of year when your minds goes to the tropics. we in hurricane season, peak of it, is about september 10th. so, we're right in the pocket of when we would see tropical activity. that is certainly what we're seeing right now. let's look at tropical storm erika. you can see, as we check in this morning, it actually just went up about 5 miles per hour that winds, sustained now at 50 miles per hour. and, you can see, it is moving west northwest at about 17 miles per hour, so traveling about the same rate of speed as it was yesterday. this is the path that's predict today take. as you can see it, has it casino every rolling right into the censor of florida, so obviously big concern therefore rain, and for good reason. just to show you, as women, that is casino of the predicted path as we go through here, see the models casino of get arrange of where they think could go. and that looks to be the best track. that's where all of the concensus is happening. obviously that's very concerning. because it takes it right into land, right into florida so we keep ion that. we could see heavy rainfall with it, storm surge, as
