held in conjunction with the world meeting of families and archdiocese and this is first we have been hearing about needing a ticket to this event. news came when secret service released their updated map this afternoon, on the secure area here's a look at that map. it outlines secure areas and, of course, they will remain the same. it outlines walking routes in the city and around the parkway and security checkpoints. what is new is you will not get inside, independent hall saturday without a ticket or pass 20th street on the parkway on sunday without a ticket. you will watch mass from the jumbo tron outside fenced area world meeting of families did add late this afternoon that they will make 5,000 ticket available to the public, on saturday, for first come, first serve basis, and sunday the tickets to the papal mass are being allocated through the archdiocese, to their 219 local parishes. catholic service organizations and other faith based

ministries. on the world meeting of families web site the the question is, asked, are there tickets for this event? and the answer is, the papal event on the benjamin franklin parkway will be free and opened to the public. so in light of this new information today, we did find this information on their web site, extremely misleading. when i asked world meeting of families about this, about the lack of information, concerning the tickets, i was told that ticket information was released, on a final security basis. however, that being said, is there a select group of people who will be a a allowed inside those secure area and for those people there are a number, very lengthy list of prohibited items, those include backpacks, and bags, exceeding the size limit, bicycles, cooler, and selfie sticks. if you are a member of the public, interested in coming down to the city on saturday, for the papal event, on independent mall, 5,000 tickets will be available to the public, they go on sale, on the web site on

september 8th and world meeting of families say they will make information about how to get one of those tickets available, at a later date. we are live outside the archdiocese of center city, i'm diana rocco for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thank you for that. new survey by philly controller find businesses are not happy with the information they have been getting from the city about the papal visit. 86 percent of businesses say they felt they were provided with insufficient details from city officials. about 48 percent thought they were still able to plan, while 38 percent of the businesses say they have not been able to plan for the pope's visit. next thursday, crews will begin to load in staging equipment on the ben franklin parkway. made in america set up will be removed completely to make way for center piece event, of pope francis visit. >> before today's security announcement our pat ciarrocchi walk grounds with the philadelphia native has been directing the world meeting of families and papal vice witt absolute enthusiasm.

alex? >> reporter: ukee and jessica all four members of the family were found in the second story, home but investigators say that this fire started in several locations throughout the house. leading police to believe that what happened here is no accident. try to explain a scene like this to a five-year old on her way home from kindergarten orientation. >> i did the best i could. she asks the same questions but i try not to give too many details. >> reporter: in fact everyone on yolean avenue in long branch is asking the same question if the fire didn't kill a young family of four, then what did. >> were they conscious or not? was there another foul play. >> reporter: brandon medina said a he heard a loud commotion coming from the home just before midnight and ran over to find smoke, neither police or fire fighters were able to reach the second floor. >> there was two gentlemen, and there is kid inside the report house house linden beharry, and brandon and brian beharry, age seven a and four,

a fan at a concert throws something at a performer on stage. >> it happened at last night's one direction concert at the link but power of social media means a fan is facing quite a backlash. commented about that person went viral. >> nowadays we are seeing more and more people, getting an amplified backlash on social media, because it is such a global media. >> reporter: social media expert annie watched that video. >> wow that did clock him. >> reporter: read many of the comments lug some calling the fan disgusting and ugly. others even threatening her. the fan change her profile picture and tweeted that she was worried. i'm scared people will find me and hurt me one post read. >> i would absolutely take my account off line and i would hope if that happened to any minor that their friend and family and parents, and any authority figure in their life would help guide them off line in that way. >> reporter: although that is best advice she has for people who seemed to accidentally find themselves in the negative social media spotlight... this can throwing fan is staying on line, even apologizing to harry styles himself. >> she was very apologetic,
