floods keep an eye on it today. still humid to day but much cooler as we move into tomorrow. seventy-two in philadelphia. seventy-four in atlantic city and those thunderstorms, wet commute but much needed rain so just keep that in mind. we do need rain. with meisha, i know it is a pain for the roads today, but hopefully it will pay off and we will get much needed rain. >> within of the things even though we are all used to the rain it just doesn't matter it causes us such problems. here's video from the schuylkill eastbound at broad street an overturn vehicle that has new been flipped the right side backup, all eastbound lanes are blocked, past broad street. take a look at this video very serious crash, we have crews there, you just saw them walking around trying to get this cleaned up for you. make note that the schuylkill at broad street all lanes are block, a avoid that area, you will certainly want to. this will cause problems for you. commuting, construction on the
