meisha, a wet roads out, there hoping the rain moves out soon. morning, ladies? good morning, yes. it certainly is affecting our morning commute. just like we saw yesterday. casino of rolling over into today. kyla, how is it looking? >> tell you what, we saw record rain yesterday, here in philadelphia. casino of unbelievable how much came down. and the heavy rain led to flooded out roads in the area. take a look routed, mantua township, road closed overnight, happy to tell you that the water has receded. and now, route 45, is open, but, you know, that was the concern i am of the rain coming down so quickly, things looking better instead of worse. live look at the neighborhood network. this is rehoboth. the boardwalk. not a road but walkway. you can see someone out there walking. notice it is a little wet out there. so, 68 degrees right now. probably little slippery. so careful, folks. it is 68 in philadelphia, as well, about 61 degrees, if you're in mount pocono, good morning to all of you.

been a lot of questions about transportation and parking specifically in secured zones when pope francis is in town at the end of the month, well, now we have more information about when you have to move your car out of the secured areas, and where you can move it to. a little bit of information about parking this morning, so take a look at the video, this is newly-released 3d rendering, released by the secret service showing what security set up will look like in the city for the papal visit. in order to set this up a, cars of course need to be moved out of the secure zone. so city officials say you must move your car if you park in one of these blue zones, or towing will start on sunday september 20th. but, if you buy a plaque adder, to park in a ppa lot, then you don't have to move your car until thursday september 24th. take a listen. >> the philadelphia parking authority will pre-sell spaces in designated garages for resident to park beginning at 6:00 p.m. on thursday september 24th. once a vehicle has entered a garage, it will not be permit
