eastbound between 202 and gulph mills, give yourselves couple of extra moments specially push toward in the 5:00 hour. start to see it heat up on a tuesday. also, route 40 westbound is blocked because of downed wires, carney's point township. all lanes were blocked because of this in new jersey. route 40, westbound again, at route 628. you certainly want to use your alternate in and around this area. we have downed polls wires. that's what you want to expect. other than that, things looking pretty good. erika, over to you. >> breaking news this morning, out west, seven people are confirmed dead, and six more are missing. this after flashfloods ripped through town on the utah arizona border monday night. heavy rains hit canyons north of the sisters towns of hill dale, utah, colorado city arizona, hill dale, large wave of water smashed into two vehicles, with 16 women and children inside. that washed the cars and

occupants downstream. now, new this morning, gunfire in a south philadelphia street ends with one man dead and another man on the run. it happened around 10:30 last night, at 24th and montrose. when police arrived, they found a 21 year old marne lying in the street. police say the victim lived around the corner from the crime scene. police got tips on the suspect. >> witnesses describe the shooter as a male possibly wearing camouflage pants or dark clothing who was last seen on a bicycle traveling west on montrose from 24th street. >> doctors at presbyterian hospital pronounced the man dead about two hours later. he suffered gunshot wounds to his chest, and torso. police say the suspect who shot and killed his domestic partner and university professor in mississippi is dead. police say, that late monday night they were following 45 year old shannon lamb in his car. they say he then jumped out of the vehicle, ran, and shot and

killed himself. lamb was wanted by police for shooting and killing his domestic partner, amy, in their home, and then murdering history professor eat and schmidt. on delta state university campus. no motive has been released. >> 4:35 right now. other there was so much hype leading up to the season opener. sadly the game had its disappointing ending. after rough first half, the birds tried to rally and made couple of good plays, but it was too late. sam bradford's late game interception sealed the team's fate. the eagles ultimately fell to the falcons, 26 to 24. and just tough loss, making a rough tuesday. game eagles fans certainly would like to forget sometime soon. let's check in with jan carabeo outside the 94wip studios with some fan reaction, two points, january, down to two points. good morning. >> reporter: tough logs. good morning, erika. no doubt it will be a tough tuesday morning for eagles nation. most certainly a disappointing season opener. and no doubt, happening today,

quality camera you can buy. and, fortunately, it paid off. >> the stolen package contained two designer dresses. if you recognize this suspect right there, you're asked to call police. >> a moorestown man who worked as an instructor at a day camp is facing child porn important charges this morning. we want to show you the suspect right here, 23 year old daniel chance of fox wood drive. he's been released after posting $100,000 bail. police say chance was using a file sharing program to distribute child pornography, at the time of his arrest, he was employed as a ropes instructor at the liberty lakes day camp in mansfield township. >> starting today, it is going to cost more to cross two bridges in our area. the toll on the burlington bristol and talcony palmyra bridge both now $4 for cash customers, $4 for e-zpass customers, the toll hikes first in 15 years. burlington county bridge commission says the increase also needed for improvements.

we are now less than two weeks away from the papal visit n just 11 days, pope francis will lands in philadelphia and security of course is a number one concern. we are getting a sneak peak at what things will like like when the pope arrives. the word meeting of families released some rendering of the stages that will be used during the papal visit. the first one shows a stage that will be used when the pontiff gives a speech at independence hall. now the other one we want to show you rendering of the stage being built on the ben franklin parkway where the pope will celebrate an open air mass, almost here. >> some star power is also
