weather, enjoy it, pretty much for next several days. the there is not much happening a lot of sunshine. temperatures warm. the just gorgeous weather. the here's the setup. this is what we're talking about. dry stretch continues, above average temperatures. we will be well in the 80's. we should be in the 70's this time of the year. we will show you another chance of rain in the seven day in a bit but look at these temperatures still nice. some spots in the jacket in south jersey, 52 millville. fifty-eight in the capitol city of delaware. the mount pocono 51 at this hour. fifty in quakertown. in mid 50's willow grove. so again, pleasant start. nothing happening on storm scan three, once again, maybe a passing cloud early this morning but a lot of sunshine through this afternoon. check out temperatures in response to the sun. 7:00 o'clock in the lower 60's. by 1:00 lower 80's and those afternoon temperatures will top off in the mid 80's. your forecast highs, 86 degrees for philadelphia we will be in the lower 80's at the shore, great beach weather, and up in the mountains gorgeous conditions

as well, pleasant, low humidity with a high of 79. lets talk about how long the warmth last in the seven day forecast but how sit looking out there the on the road. >> it is looking good, talking about the beach still, into mid-september. pretty darn awesome. this is where we had a construction. i-95 northbound off ramp was closed but watching this camera we are seeing it get cleared out of the way right now, and see watching some trucks, exit off that on ramp. this should be cleared, nice thing about early morning construction that gets out of our way quickly. the here's the vine to and from the schuylkill. looking good, every within still traveling at posted speed, which they should be, but it is already a a lot of headlights heading the roadway on the vine. that is a pretty good indication it will be a good morning. for those coming from new jersey, 42 freeway north bound at creek road, you can see freeway friend pulled off to the shoulder not causing any slow downs. for those heading toward 295 but just getting a good look what the overall view is

looking like, here, just thinking about hitting the the roadways, wednesday, typically they are busy. construction i-95 north bound between bridge street and academy road work blocking off ramps for those in and around this a area overall things are looking darn good overall, erika, over to you. residents in one philadelphia a neighborhood are waking up for aftermath of the violent crime, cars riddled with bullets after a man was shot and killed on their block. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us at that scene at fourth and cambria in north philadelphia with the very latest, justin, good morning. >> reporter: erika, good morning. crime scene unit kick off a wide part of the area including cambria and 2800 block of moore street. that is where they found a man clinging to life last night and he would die of his gun shot injuries. let's take you to video from overnight, police say about 10:45 last night they got several calls to 911 about shots fired in the area of cam bree and fourth street and they now believe as many as 12 shots were fired during that

time. now, four to five cars also hit, in that gunfire, officers responding to that shots fired call found that victim with several shots to his chest area and one it is a lower extremities, but the shooter when police arrived was long gone. officers did get that victim to temple university hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later and now police are hoping that someone who saw something, comes forward. lets take a listen. >> we had no witnesses. so we're asking if there is any members of the public that have seen anything, in reference to the the shooting at this location, please give homicide a call. >> reporter: homicide detectives and the crime scene unit working here late in the night overnight this morning. we saw them break down this area a short time ago that victim is described as a hispanic male in his early 20's. again, several shots to his torso. he has in the yet been identified, police say they could be looking for as many

as one, two or three people in connection with the fatal shooting overnight. we are live from north philadelphia, justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thanks for the update. meanwhile a good samaritan is killed protecting a woman and baby in wilmington. fatal stabbing happened monday night in wilmington's rodney square at a dart bus stop. the suspect calvin hooker the third held a knife as he chased a woman pushing her daughter in a stroller. according to police thomas cotingham jumped in to help and that is when hooker stabbed him several times in the upper body. >> it is just wrong. so, this person, it was terrible. i could not believe it myself, and, it is a shame a great person like him left. >> reporter: hooker faces charges including first degree murder. we have some new information this morning on a threat against pope francis, a allegedly by a south jersey teen. philadelphia police commissioner charles ramsey a said that the the fbi told him about the arrest of the teen last month. cbs news reports that teen was

northbound and 322, you can see plenty of taillights hitting the roadways. any camera i pull up we are seeing volume levels just slowly start to creep up on a wednesday, we typically do see that creep up in the 5:00 o'clock hour. 422 eastbound at oaks heading toward king of prussia area headlights moving in the eastbound direction you can see those are looking good, and also, the blue route, northbound past route one and another area, we will start to see volume levels just slowly creep up and you can see it looks like, they are traveling very, very slowly. they are moving at posted speeds in and around this area as they should be. just a reminder increased tolls on the tacony palmyra and burlington bristol bridge, that started last night at 10:00 p.m. and also, pennsylvania turnpike eastbound, between norristown, fort washington there is road work, on your off ramps and tonight we have a baseball game, phillies verse nationals at 7:05, ladies, over to you. later today cleaning crews will attempt to remove graffiti led by vandals in the
