people who flee their home country. developing right now, more legal troubles for pennsylvania's top prosecutor, kathleen kane, the state supreme court has stripped the first term democrat of her law license. "eyewitness news" reporter walt hunter is live in center city with kane's latest setback,ing walt. >> reporter: well, despite that order from the state supreme court, temporarily suspending her license, the the state attorney general in a statement issued just a short time ago, assured everyone she's not going anywhere and will finish out her term in office. kathleen kane's license to practice law is now temporarily suspends as a result of the unanimous decision by the pennsylvania supreme court. kane, facing perjury, obstruction and other charges, for allegedly leaking confidential grand jury material and then lying about it. the court, in its ruling, states that this order should not be construed as removing kane from elect office and is limited to the the temporary,

suspension of her license to practice law. but when the state constitution requiring the the attorney general to be a licensed lawyer, can kane remain in office. >> i suggest that kathleen is the -- take a temporary leave of absence pending the disposition of the case. >> reporter: former governor ed rendell says while it is not clear if the constitution allows kane to stay in office, he thinks that voluntarily stepping down would be a mistake, and could hurt her chances of beating the charges at her upcoming trial. >> kathleen kane says if she leaves, if she resigns, or taking a temporary leave of absence it might be construed as an admission of guilt. >> reporter: kane indicates that she has no intention of leaving sending out an e mailed statement that reads in party am disappointed by the the action taken by the supreme court today, i continue to maintain my nosens and plan to keep fighting to clear my name while serving out the rest of my term in

a neighborhood is evacuated after a house explosion, near dallas, texas. city spokesperson says at least four person were hurt in the blast this morning, two victims had to be transported via helicopter. cause of the explosion has not yet been determined but authorities are now looking into whether natural gas was involved. residents in the missouri condominium complex are now without a car after fire ripped through their parking lot, 20 cars were either damage or destroyed from the flames, when took fire fighters two hours to contain. officials are not exactly sure how the the fire started they say recent storms may have been a factor. fortunately no one was hurt. well, here's a question how would you like to get cash from an atm without hassle of pulling out your bank card and punching in the pin number. >> as jim donovan find some people are doing just that and this could be the wave of the future. >> that is right, indeed several companies are releasing app toss allow to you get money from the atm using your smart phone.

here, or than some barricades, perhaps in some of the area are pretty free to get fairly close to the pope. i think that is exactly the the way that he wants as well. we did see yesterday though a couple of folks taken a away as they tried to rush toward the pope mobile, some distributing flyers. we heard one to four people possibly detained or arrested during that. otherwise though, it doesn't seem to be a big of a concern here as you might be seeing in terms of the preps in the u.s. >> chris, holy father playing that behind the scenes role between the u.s. and cuba. it is a very historic visit for him to be there. is there a air of that, where you are, are people really taking that in in terms of this moment in history. >> reporter: yeah, absolutely. that is something that they are very a aware of here. when you consider that the percentage of the folks here in cuba that identify as catholic vice small, less than a third of cubans but we are seeing massive crowds.

i talk to the head coach who said he wants to get them together tonight as they reflect on a friend, and mentor that they lost. >> he wanted to see change in his city. >> reporter: four three-year old sean atkins traveled the world as a army medicine bic his heart was in chester wanting to help boys become better men for more than 15 years he has been a assistant coach for chester panthers youth football team. >> he took pride in mentorship. he mentored a lot of young people here in the city. >> reporter: saturday atkins finished a shift as a nurse and rushed to rid liz middle school for an away game against ridley park. the just after half time he collapsed on the side line suffering what family say was a massive heart attack. children moved to the far end of the field as several parents who work on the medical field began cpr. >> eventually somebody did bring an aed. we did try to shack him a couple times and we continue cpr until emt's arrive. >> reporter: athletes and parent didn't know the extent of the conditions when he left but were later sad toned hear that he passed away.

"eyewitness news" report rear hell solomon is live in fairmount and she has been, following the preparations all day, rahel. >> reporter: if you have been anywhere near the the parkway lately you know we are a couple days away, the streets have been cleared and hotels told me they are almost sold out. the city of philadelphia is quite literally a buzz. and in antis of the pope francis arrival saturday, p pa began clearing streets of the cars and secure area sunday evening. by monday, about 120 cars have been towed. the big event started with the ben franklin parkway from the art museum extending east to 12th street. monday morning, cars had to be moved from north and south of the parkway, area expand east of 12th street to third street by 6:00 p.m. tuesday. and then wednesday morning. designated emergency routes will be cleared of parked cars. >> you will have hundreds of
