p. america airlines plane makes an emergency land i want to go philadelphia international airport. flight 1889 and air bus 8320 was on route from charlotte to hartford last night when the bird hit the plane's windshield and cracked it. the plane landed safely in philadelphia. no one injured. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane says she will not resign, even though her law license has been suspend. the state supreme court, you add unanimous ordinary temporarily suspending her license. kane remains in charge of a 750 employee officers, and a 93 million dollar budget but now without the ability to act as a lawyer. the state constitution requires the attorney general to be a licensed attorney. kane, a democratic is facing perjury, obstruction of justice and other charges. in campaign 2016, there is

now one fewer gop presidential candidate. wisconsin governor scott walker announced he is dropping out. he says he's ending his campaign so voters can focus on finding an alternative to donald trump. trump remains the republican front runner with carli he fiorina now in second place above ben carson. latest poll numbers say hilary clinton is in the lead on it democrat side. ben carson is not backing down from his comments that a muslim should not be president. the council on american islamic relations is calling on carson to drop out of the gop presidential race but his campaign is reporting strong fund-raising and more than 100,000 new facebook friends. all of of this since carson's comments on sunday. much more to cover on "eyewitness news", a north philadelphia charter school finally getting a much needed playground, but finally made this project a reality. we're entering final day of summer. comes down to this, but it's going to feel a lot more like fall than summer. justin has a
