pope francis gets ready to face congress on his final day in washington, coming up, some issues the pope is expect to discuss in his historic address. and just two days until the pope arrives here in our city and workers are setting up a perimeter around the parkway. around the clock preparation really kick nothing to high gear, as we get in the the city each day gets more and more senting. >> each day is a a little bit longer. it is thursday september 24th i'm quarter von tiehl. >> i'm nicole brewer. the lets start with weather and traffic. >> good morning, everybody. >> yes. and we're looking good. we are preparing for pope to arrive so a lot of road
