community college of philadelphia, one day after the campus went into lock down for a reported gunman. >> a 17 year-old boy was taken in custody but no gun was ever found. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live this morning, justin. >> reporter: this morning police are digging to determine if a gun was ever involved in that incident yesterday. so far police do have someone in custody and meantime after that tense tuesday, ccp students and staff are heading back to class. here's a look at that 17 year-old being taken in by police yesterday. last check he has not been facing charges, nor have police found a weapon. mid-morning tuesday a lock down was called after a report of an on campus fight between two minaj 17 and 19, and the accuser reportedly told police he saw that 17 year-old with a weapon. for more than one hour, swat and police officers combed the ccp's spring garden campus searching for a suspect and a gun. the teen was later found in a

philadelphia police need your help in solving a murder of the transgendered woman. police found keisha jenkins early yesterday morning at 13th and winning hawking street in logan. she had been beaten and shot. she have been working as a prostitute when a group of men approached her. >> the deseed is event had just gotten out of her vehicle at the that location, was assaulted by five or six unidentified males. during at salt one of the males pulled out a gun and while the victim was on the ground shot the victim twice. >> police are not the ruling out a hate crime. they are also looking at robbery as a possible motive. if you have any information, you are asked to give police a call. meanwhile authorities are investigating a disturbing find, a body in the mercer county park. chopper three over robeling park in hamilton township. police responded to that scene and found that body in the weeds. the victim is a white woman believed to be about 40 years old.

there is no word on the cause of the death. anyone with information is asked to contact the the mercer county homicide task force. a public hearing briggs workers together to call for a raise in the minimum wage. "eyewitness news" on the temple university campus where workers organize a public hearing. they are calling for a $5 an hour minimum wage across the the state of pennsylvania. fast food, airport and other low wage workers were among those who spoke at the event. meanwhile governor wolf is propose to go increase the personal income tax by half percent, to help solve pennsylvania's three month budget impasse. the the republican controlled house will vote on the governor proposal today. republican leaders don't believe it will pass. right now 4:37. big presidential appearance on the late hoe with stephen colbert last night, bill clinton join colbert on the set of the ed sullivan theater. they spoke about the clinton global initiative which is working to help millions of people gain access to education, help services and other programs. the former president came out firing also with some jokes.

let's get the latest on the roads. meisha, how sit looking. >> good morning everyone. the road are looking g we are dealing with overnight construction still. even though temperatures are starting to dip now that we're in the fall we are still dealing with that construction. we certainly are. here's where we have some. let me back out of the way so you can see the full screen. exton, route 100 in both directions, the left lane, you can see is certainly blocked from the northbound side. it a says both directions but it looks like we are dealing with cones on the other side. this is another area that is just cleared, this is in bucks county, route one southbound between route 413, and business route one, left lane was blocked in this area. now it looks good but we are starting to see headlights, start to peak out there. i showed you this camera a little bit ago, construction 95 northbound the ramp to cottman that was completely closed. as you can see it is opened, so that is good news for those in and around that area construction westbound side of the betsy ross bridge, one lane is opened, until 6:00 a
