justin finch is live at the prosecutor's office with more, justin. good morning. sources tell us that his parents have been questioned in the investigation is underway, and loved ones, of brendan creato mourn his belief life. family and friend held a vigil for him last night that brought them too his father's cooper street home where he was last seen live in pajamas. 6:00 o'clock tuesday morning brendan was reported missing from that haddon township apartment where he was staying with his dad. soon after emergency alerts went out to neighbors and social media as search was mounted by camden prosecutor's office, happened on township area law enforcement and nearby agencies. by 9:00a in m police k-9's found the child's rehaines on woods off south park drive less than a half mile from where he was last seen. many who turnout for that vigil will knew brendan and his family and they say he was a bright spot in his family's life. >> he saw brendan, all that fell away and all he knew was

this was the the most important thing in my life. >> reporter: and this morning an autopsy is pending and in word yet on any arrest or charges a the this time. erika and nicole. justin, thank you. a community is in north philadelphia and dealing with the tragic death of the child. candle light vigil was held for a 14 year-old boy who died tuesday. he succumbed to injuries after he was shot in the head in north philadelphia. family members identified victim as duvall deshields. police rushed deshields to the hospital. they say what appeared to be a bee-bee gun fell from his clothing. family members say that they will never for get the eighth grader's a smile and spirit. >> he was so talented, gifted, and dancing and his music. he was awesome. like he loved everybody that he came, you just felt his love. that is why even though, the the baby is adding love that is his new name.

>> police are still searching for the suspect and the weapons. philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a teen in stable condition. it happened around 9:30 tuesday night near intersection of fifth and carpenter in the cities queen village neighborhood. police say teenage boy was shot twice in the buttocks and once in the leg. he was taken to jefferson hospital, no arrest has been made. the daily news reports that philadelphia police commissioner charles ramsey will announce his retirement today. it adds speculation to what mayor michael nutter's administration calls a major announcement on public safety. ramsey didn't say much when "eyewitness news" asked him with the the player's plans. >> i got a general idea but i guess he wants to save it for tomorrow, so i want to break the news now, whatever that news might be, there is a lot of things going on in the city right now mr. last night protesters interrupted the commissioner's appearance at the national constitution center and he was speaking on police and community

former nba and reality tv star lemar odom on tuesday afternoon he was found unconscious in a brotel 70 miles from las vegas. owner ingested officials tried to have him flown to the
