mystery. >> we do not know identity of these victim, nor the identity of the person who posted it on facebook. >> i don't see anything even if we identified somebody because it looked like a mutual combatant. >> reporter: mike chitwood whose investigators are assisting septa cautions even if those in the video are identified, assigning blaming could be complicated. >> started off with nothing good happens after midnight. that is the very, very first thing. >> reporter: septa police say even if no one comes forward to make a complaint, the video alone may be enough to file charges. >> it appears to be he was hit several times and those punches are in the facial area which could cause substantial area damage. >> reporter: septa emphasizes it has lots of officers on trains and buses after games. if you get caught you will get charge. they'd like to hear from you if you have any information on this brawl. live at 69th street terminal, walt hunter for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thank you for that, walt.

"eyewitness news" reporter david spunt is live in camden county with the very latest for us, david? >> reporter: natasha, this case is a mystery, law enforcement source here in camden county called it just plane bizarre. we have a little boy found dead in the wood half mile from where his dad lived and no one really knows what happened at this point. i have to tell you, natasha a, residents that live in haddon township are frustrated and they want to know more and if somebody is going to be charged in this case, so far, nobody has been charged. prosecutor's office released a statement talking about the fact that brendan was not sexually abused and no forced entry in the home. dj creato, brendan's dad was home with the the boy and discovered he was missing just before 6:00 in the morning. i spoke with dj's attorney, richard in philadelphia who insists as odd as it may sound his client really doesn't know what happened to his son. his story is dj woke up and brendan was gone. the since that happened dj

went immediately to meet with law enforcement and answered questions. >> did he meet with them, without my being there to speak with them during the interview. he answered, as far as i know all of their questions and since then they have not had any other questions for him. >> dj creato met with investigating last tuesday and it had has been a week, no suspects in the the case. autopsy last week for brendan came back inconclusive, a tax coming test is, pending right now. if you have any information, police are still looking for tips, give camden county prosecutor's office a call. we are live in camden tonight, david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thank you very much. also, pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane is hours away from temporarily losing her law license. she held a meeting with aids today to outline her duties. a spokesmen says that the kane expects to be able to perform about 98 percent of her job. kane name will appear on court

documents but she will not be able to sign some legal papers. state supreme court ordered kane's license suspension last month as she fights criminal charges. the suspension goes into effect at midnight tonight. now on the cbs-3 healthwatch carmel apples are a fall and halloween tradition but health experts say that they could actually make you sick. >> health reporter stephanie stahl reports on the details, and how to protect yourself. >> reporter: they are a popular fall tradition carmel apples, packaged from the grocery store or homemade, but health officials have uncovered a potential danger. >> it was surprising that said that there was fear in carmel apples. >> reporter: listeria apple scare sickened 35 people from 12 states and seven died. >> it is most harmful to what we call immuno compromised population. >> reporter: jennifer quinn len from drexel said scientists figure out how listeria bacteria lived on carmel apples. >> on the skin of the apple, and when they put the carmel

tracie morgan is coming back to delaware. >> comedian performed at dover counts hoe to tell casino the night he was in the accident that killed his friend and left him in critical condition. morgan returned to stand up, earlier this month, he tweeted this photo from new york's comedy cellar and he also hosted saturday night live just this past weekend. in march morgan will perform at the playhouse on rodney square in wilmington.
