perez grocery in the 700 block have of north 38th street in philadelphia a's mantua neighborhood. victim was transported to the hospital but died a short time later. so far there are no suspects in custody. detectives are asking for the public's assistance to identify and locate a shooter, take a look at this video please, a man pulls out a handgun and fires random shots in the a air. on the 400 block of east indiana avenue knew in kensington a short time later, the suspects returned and then continues to shoot. if you recognize this man please contact the police. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane is headed to trial, and facing more charges. she stands accused of leaking grand jury information and lying bit under oath. helping out with kid and cancer is close to devon's heart. >> let's do it. >> reporter: last year his own daughter battled pediatric cancer. >> she's doing better. she's going through treatment right now. she has major therapy to make sure she stays in remission. >> reporter: today she's paying it forward helping kid fight similar illnesses. >> she's definitely trying to come back here and give back to the families here and kid here because we necessity exactly what they are going through. >> reporter: it is part of the hospital's child life program meant to allow kid to live their lives and forget at least for a bit about their treatment. >> how will we help them cope with being in the hospital and most importantly how will we fine ways for them to still be a kid. >> reporter: shortly taking a time to game against a pro football player helps. >> so what actually happened to these play station four's. you can see some 17 of them. hospital officials say they will be located on mobile unit the just like that and brought to children's rooms throughout the hospital. reporting here from wilmington
