under arrest tonight, this is the the suspect oscar riveria herrera, officials say he broke in the apartment at hatfield village apartments in hatfield earlier yesterday morning and sexually assaulted a six year-old girl. suspect was then held down by the child's stepfather until police arrived. the state case against pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane will go to trial, a judge made the decision at kane's secondary, hearing on charges that she leak secret grand jury material and then lied bit. "eyewitness news" reporter alexandria movies at the courthouse in norristown with more on this, alex. >> reporter: jessica, preliminary hearings are used to determine if there is enough evidence to go to trial but it also opened up inside on strategies of both sides. for example kathleen kane's defense attorneys told me he believes thinks all over a quote honest mistake, phrasing that they have not used before. in 2009, kathleen kane was a stay at home momma cord to go prior testimony, read allowed
