morning. they stopped to check on him, then a car struck that un identified man. he was pronounced dead short time later. the driver stayed at the scene. >> a crime that's rocked a local community. >> four middle school student charge in the connection with sexting and cyber bullying scandal. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us now in berwyn with more on this story. good morning. >> reporter: erika, nicole, good morning. chester county da tom hogan made it very clear that sharing explicit photos of minors can have very serious consequences and now four boys are learning that lesson the hard way. now, yesterday, hogan used a float chart to outline his investigation, detailing how this probe began last april after a then 13 year old girl sends suggestive photos to her then boyfriends, when they broke up, he shared those photos with his friends, those friends shared them too. soon, the photos were back and forth between trediffryn, east town, valley forge middle schools, and in school officials say that girl was

routinely bullied. neither she nor the boys have been named in this case. suspect are all minors being ranking in age from 11 to 15 years old, and now face criminal charges, and though this is the latest big sexting and cyber bullying case, hogan doubts it will be the last. >> from great valley to downingtown, from coatesville, to phoenixville, this is the sort of thing tha goes on every day in every school district. >> and hogan encourages students who finds themselves with these images to delete them, report them right away. erika, nicole, big warning to parents. it can have on the young people every day, back to you. >> justin, thank you. >> secret service employee scheduled to be in court this morning, after allegedly sending sexual content to a minor. authorities say 37 year old lee robert moore sent theme text images to what he thought was 14 year old girl in

delaware, sometime sending on line communications while on duty at the white house. the girl was actually undercover police officer. moore now on administrate of leave. >> us drone strike may have killed high profile member of isis. strike target add man known as jihad john. the mysterious figure appeared in the gruesome videos made by isis, including beheading of two american journalists. western officials eventually identified him as muhammad, british citizen believed to have been born in kuwait. officials now believe he is dead. >> swiss officials are being very clear, they believe they got him with a drone strike against the vehicle he was in in syria, isis capitol, its self declared capitol, but they are not 100 percent sure, they are looking for confirmation. >> officials are confident was him when us forces fired on him, but it is still not clear whether that strike was successful. >> a class honoring fallen

philadelphia fire lieutenant joyce craig will be dedicated this morning. "eyewitness news" outside engine 64 on 6100 block every rising sun avenue, where that is her moanly take place at 10:00. lieutenant craig was just 36 years old when she died last december battling a house fire in west oaklane. >> a camden county school is making history becoming the first in the country to allow a student to use medical marijuana during school day. sixteen year old jenny barber has autism and epilepsy. for the last seven months, she has been attending half days at the mark school for children with disability, because every state law that school did not allow his mother to give her middays most and of cannibis oil to control her seizures. >> we had this actually choose inbetween education and medicine. we were bringing jenny home for half day of school. now she can stay in school a half day and get her medicine. >> the school changed the policy earlier this week, after governor chris christie signed a law allowing medicinal marijuana in

schools. we have new details in the investigation into the mysterious death of haddon township toddler brandon createo. source tell "eyewitness news" the aunt met with members of the camden county grand jury think week, that three year old boy's body discovered in the woods near his father's home october 13th. sofa autopsy and toxicology tests have come back without any answers. no one has been charged. the attorney representing brendan's aunt and the camden county prosecutor's office declined to comment about the grand jury proceedings. philadelphia police say they wanted him off the street. cbs-3 has learned exclusively that the suspect charged with carjack ago woman in center city is also accused of victimizing another woman last friday. investigators say net alien rodriguez abducted 28 year old woman at seventh and delancey on wednesday. she was later rescued by a gas station clerk. the victim of the friday attack told our walt hunt their suspect and that her at 11th and lombard, forced her to withdraw cash in 2atm's,

a sexting scandal rocks a chester county middle school. four student facing charges after authorities say they cyber bullied a young victim who sent suggestive photos of herself. >> secret service officer assigned to the white house faces numerous charges for allegedly sending nude pictures of himself to someone he thought was a 14 year old girl. thirty-seven year old lee robert moore was actually sending them to an undercover officer in delaware.

>> things are looking good on this friday. roadways are dry, it is nice and light. the volume, overnight construction, now since cleared, vine looking good, both in the eastbound and westbound directions. also, all clear, 95 northbound, approaching the betsy ross bridge. this is where in the northbound side we had all lanes block for little while. then of course penndot came, moved all of the cones out of the way, so now it is looking really good there. already, this early hour, even though it is still very light, traffic levels, you can see, i would say, for this hour, plenty of headlight out there. but again, it is still early, still traveling at posted speeds obviously, 95 southbound at street road, also where we had some construction blocking the onramp onto 95, as well as that right lane that's also since been cleared. and then 495, the onramp from terminal avenue, two right lanes closed until the ends of november. soap, justin, in the world of traffic, on this friday morning, things are looking pretty good. >> great. >> i guess everyone is asking, how is the weather going to hold up? >> the weaken we keep it dry, it does get cooler.

so if our fan of typical mid-november conditions, you will like this forecast coming up in the next few days, little windy starting this afternoon, that will continue through saturday, temperatures really not that bad right now. we are in the low and mid 50's, over most locations, still left over clouds, hold willing in the heat from yesterday, and most shower activity well to the north. so we will keep things dry today. winds start to kick up specially in the afternoon, sustained 15 to 20 miles per hour gust to go 35. kind of same deal on saturday. breezy in the morning, with gusty winds, during the afternoon, up around 30. soap, for today, eventually going mostly sunny, windy, cooler, high temperature right where it should be at 57 degrees, chilly night, 39, still breezy at times, here is the extended forecast, high of only around 50 degrees on saturday. we are back up to 58 for sunday, more sunshine, dip dill inch i shall g winds, approaching mid 60s, 70, next wednesday, cold air does not want to hang on around the delaware val. >> i okay by me, i like a november like this.
