>> so, philadelphia police continue their investigation, into the death after pedestrian. it happened early this morning, near long horn and torresdale avenue in talcony. police say passing motorists including a septa bus driver all stopped to check on that man lying in the street. then a car struck that man, believed to be in his 20's. the driver did stay at the scene. >> it is a crime that sent shock waves through local community, but authorities say sadly this thing happens often. >> four student fate charges in connection with sexting and cyber bullying scandal at chester county middle school. when the wind kicks up little bit. the winds will continue to transport in the cooler air mass, over the next 12 hours, so it will get cool tonight. certainly for the start of the weekend, the suburbs, similar numbers, low 50's right now doylestown, quakertown, the usual cool spot, only coming in at 526789 sustained winds, anywhere from about ten to 15 miles per hour right now, we will see higher gusts over 30 miles per hour for the afternoon. we had some cloud cover overnight. that held up the temperatu now starting to thin out. so, we will see decent amount of sunshine, sunrise coming up in just a few minutes, forecast high today right near average at 57 degrees. so temperatures really not climbing whole lot more from where they are now. fifty-eight at the shore. upper 40's, in the poconos, and of course, tonight, we have our friday night football frenzy, cbs-3, will be checking out this game, game of the week, neshaminy at spring ford, temperature, 7:00 kick off, will be pretty chilly, generally in the upper 40's, with windy conditions, so, dress warmly for that game. weekend winds continue, gusts up to 30 miles per hour today,

tonight, and again on saturday, we will talk about the warm up in a few more minutes, but checking the roads, meisha, a what's happening out there? >> yes, good morning, justin, good morning to all of you at home. happy friday to you. roadways certainly heating up at this hour, this is a look at the schuylkill westbound at city avenue. for those of you jump on schuylkill westbound, from the roosevelt boulevard, you are looking very slow moving. no longer traveling at posted speeds, and speaking of, this is the roosevelt boulevard, moving in the southbound direction toward the schuylkill. looking pretty good there. just once you get on to the schuylkill, that's where you are starting to get busy now this is where we have an accident, this is 995 south past cottman. you can see, these vehicles coming up behind it, then having to try to move on around it. when we look at a back up camera at 95 southbound at cottman, you are really hitched up there. in fact it, doesn't even look like a lot of are you moving at all. just because of this. it is crazy what one accident pulled off to the left driveable lane can do very, very slow, moving in that direction. now, this is where we had an accident, located at
