information. david? >> reporter: ukee, there's still a lot of uncertainty on the streets of paris right now intelligence officials in france are working to identify each attacker. according to french authorities, some of those attackers blue themselves up the moment police closed in. that sound according to french authorities is one of two explosions that went off outside a paris stadium friday night during a soccer game between france and germany. >> when i looked up to the sky after i heard that loud bank there were no fireworks and that's when i knew it had to be something pretty serious. >> reporter: then around the same time, gunmen ambushed a paris restaurant killing at least 11 people. according to french authorities, unknown attackers used grenades to kill innocent on lookers inside a popular concert hall. american band eagles of death metal were inside the hall at the time. band members postea statement on facebook offering condolenc condolences. >> attack not just on the people

of france but this is an tack on all of humanity. >> reporter: president obama addressed the carnage from the white house. >> france is our oldest ally. the french people have stood shoulder to shoulder with the united states time and again. >> reporter: the president used the word terrorists several times. french president france choi holland was at the soccer game during the explosion. he was escorted to safety where he met with french security officials. he closed the french border and sent in the french military to take control on the streets of a chaotic paris. i just check and according to the latest reports that american band i mentioned eagles of death metal made it out safely. in the meantime, u.s. homeland security secretary jay johnson in washington said tonight, there is no credible threat to the united states. live in the sat center david spunt cbs3 "eyewitness news". >> the philadelphia police department issued a statement saying it has not received any credible threats here but they are on alert.

siege. the death toll continues to rise after multiple terrorist attacks around paris. >> i had no idea until i started getting messages from my friends. american friends here in philadelphia saying like, hope everything is fine. it's scary. it's gives like goose bumps don't know what's going to happen. don't know how many people are going to lose their life. very scary. >> reporter: mike scullin the console of france in philadelphia monitored the unprecedented simultaneous attacks on paris from his center city office. >> i'm watching the news like everybody else right now. so the story is unfolding, and actually any official response would have to come from the embassy in washington but, of course, watching this story our hearts go out to the people who were affected and we're just going to keep watching to see information as it develops. >> reporter: french flag along the ben franklin parkway blows in the wind as philadelphians join the world in solidarity with france. >> everybody has got to be careful and i hope everybody is safe, of course.

target of a missile shot from drone. the operation was one of several targeted attacks on islamic state leaders. volunteer photographer for radio station wxpn is facing child porn charges to night. he's identified as 57-year-old mark wilkins of philadelphia. according to the us attorney's office wilkins allegedly took photos of underaged children outside the morris arboretum, camden's children' gas den and franklin institute and rising sun avenue where he's believed to live. wxpn issued a state "we are shocked and appalled to learn that a photographer who volunteered at wxpn from time to time has been charged with this crime. we have taken this matter extremely seriously and have worked diligently to assist the police with the investigation ". philadelphia police have are a arrested to suspects in the murder of 16-year-old sha legal west. the victim's mother joined police to plead to an end to violence in strawberry mansion

north northwest wind. shift to a northwest wind as we head through the day tomorrow you can see the winds blowing over the comparatively warmer waters. great lakes kicking off lake effect machine. we see that this time of the year you can really follow the wind direction by lining up those bands of rain and snow showers. nothing for us although can't rule out a stray sprinkle drif drifting in overnight tour or tomorrow but the big story for us the winds and dropping temperatures. mid 40s now all across our live neighborhood network from plymouth meeting to mays landi landing. winds right now sustained about five to 10. but the gusts still up to 20 or 25 miles per hour. you can see sustain winds right now 15 miles an hour at the airport. 20 miles per hour winds in wildwood. 12 miles per hour in wilmington this is the entire northeast winds and these are sustain these are not gusts. 15 to 20 miles an hour with gusts up to 30 in a few spots over the great lakes it is a brisk weekend. it's in pressure gradient with low to the north and high to the south. the winds accelerate in the middle here. that's that gradient we talk about so the high only 50 for your saturday. but it will feel like the 40s.
